I wish American grocery stores had there food packaged like yours it is perfectly proportions. You are a great cook my ex husband is Japanese \ Hawaiian and his mother is the best cook and I am so lucky she taught me how to cook. I love her so much.
I lost my mom in 2017 and my dad died of covid in 2019 and I also lost my sister in 2017 and my uncle in 2018 and I found your channel and started watching it and you helped me get over my problems you helped me also to stop worrying about stuff I can't fix ❤😊

I relate to you! Even me I had an experience on falling the food using chopsticks! But since I’m in Japan I almost use it everyday especially during lunch in my company. Trouble is that as we are no longer teen-agers, we all tend to 'Thicken' :( Thus, sometimes, starving ourselves is essential , and , of course, Daily standing on our Weighing-Scales. Plants : maybe good to give a few minutes on balcony for sunlight unfiltered by glass window. Very Best Wishes :) .
