I don't believe that Nick would have let Ostler to be massacred as that, all the episode from Nick's point of view shows that he believes that such things like that would be worst in the long run, not just from the moral aspect, that would be ncreasing the bath blood since Ostler had a lot of support from his community and would be promoving the wesen, specially butbladen, to move out of law and fix their issues as they did in the past, massive bathblood again, it would be hard to control that. I think that Nick knew that his plan would not fail, Ostler was not going to nor confess with a bunch of blutbaden there trying to kill him.

The story of mythology simply ended. Now some new writer (female-Glenn if I'm not wrong) writes a some kind of spin-off but it'll be about female Grimm and I don't know will any old actors play some old roles and the most important they haven't released any title of the spin-off so i think they're still writing the story (mythology and personal life of that Grimm like in this one).

Not tracked down. They knew who their target was. They did what they did to make him confess because in that episode the police couldn't tie him to the murders, All of them - Nick, Hank, Monroe and the other Blutbaden are on in it.
I can understand why Bauernschwein despise Blutbaden so much. Deep down, they're right to do so. What Blutbaden have done to Bauernschwein over the centuries was both savage and monsterous. Their rage toward Blutbaden was earned, but destroying life here and now won't change what happened in the past. I'm sure if they just put aside their differences temporally, they could find a solution to make modern life better for Blutbaden and Bauernschwein alike. Can this ancient feud still be worth fighting for when so many loved ones have been lost and lives destroyed. If Bauernschwein want to be nothing like the Blutbaden, then they should stray from the path of vengeance and lead new generations toward peace. Same goes for Blutbaden. I mean, vengeance may not be right or even sane, but it shouldn't be all you've got left. I'm not saying you should just let justice for restless souls of your dead go unsaid, but vengeance won't bring them back either.

Brother's Grimm were German and did a lot of the early hunting. There are plenty of Wesen with non-German names and in the episode with the Spinnetod and Wildersheer different language names are used to refer to the same Wesen (Jorogumo being Japanese and Caccia Morta being Italian, respectively.)

Lore wise. The Black forest in Germany once had a portal linking to a other world or realm where the Wesen and perhaps even humans came from. Or humans from our world travelled to the wesen world. The human part isn't really explained in the series at least. We just know there are primitive humans living in the wesen world now. German is the language that was spoken on the other side of the portal so they had their names for this and that, that carried over to our universe. Some wesen travelled far from Germany where they were given names in those languages. Example "Varmetyv" which in Norway directly translate to "Heath thief." And Germanic is the root language to many languages in the EU so kinda makes sense that way to. Even English is a offshoot of the Germanic language.
