Yes it definitely is.. wait till we show how we fill them up to save even more time!! Still waiting for the rest of the puzzle pieces to get here but yeah its gonna make some heads turn for sure!! Thanks for watching
Yes for sure.. we have a disc cleaner about 3 weeks out.. that's going to make sure the cages are full all the time... I set up a bit different and put the forks in 1 notch on each and loaded in 8 mins 32 secs... Fast turn around means extra delivery every day.. and if we can load the dump trucks in under 30 mins will save a tone of money on our bigger orders.. thanks for watching..
They will be better off here then other woodlots I've seen.. that rotating forks we have came with the arm to take that side pressure off the bottom.. it literally pours out like packing peanuts.. so dam smooth
I told my helper about you.. he's like " whaaaat?nooo-waaay".. yep he's freekin nuts.. hahahaha.. as for the camera angles we gotta save something for later
So you're saying each of those totes holds almost 3/4 of a cord? All the totes I've been around they hold about 1 face cord or 1/3 of a cord stacked. Which figures to 2 1/3 cords. Maybe your totes are way bigger but it don't look like it.
No ... I'm saying that we fit 0.71 of a facecord in each tote. The way we are filling them up.. that will change again when the disc cleaner arrives.. I'm thinking it will take 8 cages to make up 5 facecords..
How does 7 totes of wood equal 5 cords when everyone I watch who does totes has to stack it higher than the top of the cage just to get a face cord? Just curious
So we measured 5 facecords of wood in a rack then filled the cages from 5 racks and came up with 7 IBC Cages.. is how we did it.. can't speak for what you have seen but our way is an exact measurement.. As soon as we get our cleaner we will show exactly how we insure customers get what they pay for..
@@buckinfirewood Okay, my potato machine is by Cramer but Cramer gave up potato machines years ago. Spare parts are now supplied by wifo and I have called them in Netherlands. They have a production plat there and so I thought they came from there. something learned today. :)
We have 40 so far and 24 more coming next week.. I wish I could afford more now .. just gunna have to wait I guess.. hoping to get a few hundred by end of season..
@@WoodchuckCanuck ouch. Here they are 100- 200.. but in Toronto they have too many.. so 30 to 100 depends where you go.. but then you have to go get them
There is NO CHANCE those cages hold 1 cord of wood each. People like you talk like you know something and are heping people out, but I have some of those same cages and I cannot neatly stack 1 cord of wood in any of them like you claim. Stop ripping people off.
Maybe watch the video this time then form an opinion.. Noone said they hold 1 facecord.. if you listen you will hear me say these 7 Cages are 5 facecords... now I may have mentioned that others sell a cage like this calling it a cord .. that's not how I run my business... I personally stacked 5 cords of wood and then thrown them into the cages to see how many Cages it would take.. well it's 7 Cages with a couple extra pieces to make 5 cords..
I never claimed I could stack 1 cord in the cage.. now you're making things up... I will do a video on how you can get 1 cord into a small 1000L cage very soon..
Nice set up !!!!!! I see from below that you meant 5 face cords in your title.
Thanks.. appreciate the compliment
That is the best setup I’ve seen for emptying the totes! Very cool, and huge time saver.
Thanks!!
This looks great! Happy we could help out with an attachment solution.
I'm quiet impressed with how smooth they are... it is definitely gunna get alot of miles on them..
That works great. Definitely a time saver

Wow that tool is awesome. Haven't seen one of those before for some reason. Works great on the cages too. Top job, easy loading in my eyes.
This box rotator is a definite game changer .. in and out of the yard in under ten minutes if I don't stop to chat..lol
@Buckin Firewood that's something I'd like to have in the future no questions about it. Nice wheel loader too
That is a great set up!! It will definitely stream line your delivery process. Terry

Swivel forks for the win!
Now that’s what you call mechanical advantage
My customers with Trailers love it!!
Wow that’s the tool to have!
Thanks.. my customers love it too.. aslong as they have a trailer we will load them up.. just gotta find a way to load a truck without damaging it
That’s what we are working towards. It has been the plan from the getgo
Well I'll tell you this seems to be working quite well... Today I changed a couple things and loaded truck in 8 minutes 32 seconds...
We're you thinkingnof me when you got this? Camera man should've been at the back
