Making a machete from a saw blade

Oh dang, 14 minutes ago, well done, good thinking using the D2 to suck the heat away from the rest of the blade. Something I do to make it easier to shape the handle how I want is to bandsaw the corners running the length and then just sand it down to shape. Anyways good work hope you keep it up!
