Tip Tuesday - Order System Sub-Statuses

This week, Henry is going to go over our newly introduced Order System Sub-Statuses. Sub-Statuses allow your orders to have dedicated, user-defined status options per Order Type and Primary Status. This video shows how to create, expose, and populate that Sub-Status with options for doing so in Workflow Configuration and from your Order System Preferences. Sub-Statuses allow admins to provide meaningful, process-defined options for describing where the estimate, work order, and/or invoice are in their workflow. Watch Now!
