Awesome. I like that we can now search our charges and view a complete list. Can you please do this to the equipment template assignments tab under pending work? It would be great if I could assign templates easily using advanced equipment selection.

Awesome information. One issue I'm running into is concatenating the event temperature with °C. It will not work, even though the "compile" check throws up no errors. Any ideas? Interestingly, it will will in reverse order, but that's not very helpful to show "°C 20.32" on our certificates.

Nice video, but the sound it's not clear and the resolution is poor.

A note to add to this. All units used must match exactly. If for instance ft/lbs is NOT the same as lbf∙ft and any searches or conversion attempts will return a not found. We find many labs do not have correct unit symbols. Our base install of units comes from NIST SP811.

Is there a video out yet for setting up uncertainties? Particularly for torque wrenches and screwdrivers or electrical items.

Hi Mitch, great tip Tuesday 👍. I use this a lot with our calibration procedures, we review these on an annual basis. If we put the revision details and dates in, is there any way we can get an alert or reminder that revision of the document is due?

I have used this on torque wrenches, and trying to then work out the uncertainty as I have to currently use Gedore software then transfer the results into indysoft.

I need help figuring out how to use the math option (Im assuming that what i need). At the moment i have Event date (When something was calibrated) and Last calibration date. i want the the next section to calculate the difference between the two so i can know how many days early and late something was calibrated ... I hope that makes sense..

So if you make a change to the template once it has been selected as in the video, is there an easy way to change all previous items with the same linked template to the "new" type/subtype? Or an easy way to create a completely new template based on the changes that you made? In this case you only edited one item but if you had made multiple changes can you save the template as a whole new "Template"?

Hi Kevin, I have configured the bar code scanner, our Indysoft is set up to use serial number, when i scan bar code for item it appears that it only searches for the serial number in the present company. Is there any way i can configure it to search ALL serial numbers, as in your video it is using ID but i cannot see option to search all serial numbers in the list. Thanks
