There are other uncomfortable things to clarify, especially as a foreign/expat woman. Personal health, therapeutic restrictions, partner legalities, returning wealth to your home country may be taxed, commercial/office renting and expenses, business incorporation expenses and employee legalities, shopping/groceries and home costs compared, dress codes in public, religious freedom, limited green/nature, dust storms (don't inhale), how often will you travel back to your home country, etc. Obviously there are good aspects also. The point is you have to look deeper into a place you are considering to relocate to.
Thanks! yes, I already covered it how is foreign/expat woman here in the UAE. I would never move back to Europe, I like how they treat me here. Ladies ticket everywhere, no staying, waiting on a que, get discounts. Nice, kind, 100% safety ANYWHERE, ANY time. Here they do not push me around on the public transport like in Europe nor drunk people spit on me. It's unimaginable something to happen here.
-Personal health like what? What is has to do with the UAE? Either you take care of your body or not.
- therapeutic restrictions - I like it, psychiatry and psychology didn't bring anything good to mankind but destruction and death. I am happy that US liberal insanity did not poisoned this area.
- partner legalities? I do not even understand this. Women and man can legally get married and have a child. This is the only way to maintain human mankind. Everything else should be illegal like the good old days.
- returning wealth to your home country may be taxed. Depends how you do it. UAE has double tax treaties which you can use to not be taxed.
I am European, I am not Muslim, the video is about how to live here as a expat. I am not evaluating Arabic or Middle East culture. These are simply my experiences, coming from Denmark and Hungary.

9% corporate tax is only above 100,000 USD profit on domestic income only.

We lived in Abu Dhabi just an hr drive from Dubai, loved our 8yrs in the UAE. To be honest safety is top tier, this coming from a Singaporean where there’s low crime😊

I am a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, I can safely say I will not be welcome in Dubai. It is one of the most racist countries in the UAE. I applied for work in Dubai for a total of 40 years when there was nothing but sand in return I got nothing but death threats from construction companies in Dubai. In England, the most a black Project manager can make in a construction company is £6000 per year. The Directors will be so insulted by my ability as a Project Manager they will try to put in prison for life. In America the Directors of a typical construction company will encourage that I receive the death penalty. A Project Manager in construction is a dangerous occupation for a black person in Dubai and the United States.
