This is my go to lure all the time, i have caught pike, musky, lots of bass and even walleye at night with it. Took me awhile to learn how to mastery it but its my go to next to frogs, i recommend it to everyone just fish it around weed lines and wait for that massive explosion. Thanks for the review
Can you fish these on a Carolina rig if targeting fish deeper? I think a lure with that action running deep above rocks and other structures would be money 💰

my favorite walking bait
Hard to beat the classic!
Which of the Spook lures have a rattle inside?
I stll have my original Heddon Zara Spook from the 70’s… are they made better than the new ones?
Not sure how the older ones were made, but there are anglers that collect Zara Spooks from that time period!
@@bassutopia thank you

Thanks for the comment! I don't think it would work that way. Carolina rigs are best used with soft plastics that can be Texas Rigged.
😆😂
The hooks are garbage IMO. I LOST a huge small mouth do to the back hook braking
Have you tried the Ichikawas? Those are our favorite! www.omniafishing.com/c/terminal/fishing-hooks/terminal-hooks-treble?brands=ichikawa&pg=1
Damn, I've never heard of the brakes failing on a spook.
