作法 : 紅蘿蔔絲+洋蔥絲+蔥末+鹽+蛋1顆(拌勻). 方框煎2面熟. 吐司3片(以奶油)煎熟(或烤熟後)抹奶油. ( 吐司片+起司片+生菜絲(片)+沙拉醬或番茄醬+吐司片+火腿片+煎蛋+黃芥末醬+吐司片 )
完工^^ 煎蛋最好不要煎太熟. 蛋黃熟度約6~7分熟.是最嫩最好吃的. 太熟吃起來很老...
( 個人喜歡吃外酥內嫩. 蛋黃半熟的蛋 )--> 此種(荷包蛋)煎法 : 油鍋(中大火加熱). 加入(冰箱冷藏剛取出的蛋). 撒鹽(適量). 轉中火. 煎至蛋白變白. 邊緣有點金黃. 翻面. 轉中小火續煎至金黃. 即可.
不要煎太久. 不要用室溫蛋煎. 否則請調整火候. 蛋黃容易煎熟. 那就不好吃了. 最好吃的荷包蛋是 : 外酥內嫩. 蛋黃半熟. 筷子搓一個小洞. 黃澄澄美味的蛋黃汁液隨即流出的. 才是最好吃的荷包蛋^^
