Selamat Tibak

This song is the creation of Ndang N-Dang Seliman Melodi's sister and the music is inspired by the traditional music of the original people while the lyrics are composed by Seruyan's brother Ronnie Bahari from the OA Arts Culture Association.
The lyrics of the song written are about the spirit of commemorating the festival after harvesting huma rice or the new year festival "Senukak pai" as well as commemorating the spirit of unity of the ancestors of the natives who are so strong in community life.
this song also welcomes the public to appreciate and be a part of the unique culture of the original people. In addition, the lyrical stanzas also repeatedly emphasize the hope for the Orang Asli to unite, maintain their distinctive culture, traditions and traditional music and be proud of their identity.
This song is also sung in the Semai language.
