Thank God I have all weapons licenses, and now I will try to collect the security guard’s skills.
I was quite lucky because security was one of the first jobs I did the grind for the uniform :D
I have like 720 cop skills but i have less than 10 security guard skill. I don't know if I can do the job again without grinding security.
More qualifications but no higher pay? That's kinda wack

I personally think it was needed. There were too many cops as compared to criminals. At least people with skill issue will need skills to do the jobs.
