we have a raiding community, no guilds. we do with randoms but, 12-15 players will be static, and we rotate about 5-8 people everyrun for weekly/daily clears
it is not mandatory, but having it is a good. if you are able to out-dps everyone in the raid you will keep the agro with just the earring having hated, if u lose agro then use lost stop watch. other option is to use a carnilion but then u cant use a boltcaster

Where should the meelees and healers stay at? In the middle close to the warm? The right side is insta killing ;/

You still have to block the wurm attack and cleanse with firestorm even if u are on the left side tho
