Collectors show their ignorance on Pandian's visit to their districts

Dear Sir, It is quite paradoxical&self contradictory that the same Collector &SP, who helped Mr Pandian to resolve grievances on the spot are expressing ignorance about his visit. This is something which is shown in papers, but the reality pulished&propagated in media is just the opposite. How can the bureaucrates,who were subservient to the Leviathan-Pandian now contradict their own conduct in public.This is nothing but making mockery of the system&befooling people
