Berserker’s shield is an exception to the “not build attack speed on Set” rule. The passive really gives you a lot of damage potential but I still think you’re better off with shifter’s shield. Just personal preference at the end of the day.
Ive been playing with soul eater a lot with set, do you think its better to not go lifesteal with him and just stay tanky or it could be a good option? And if yes, which item would you switch it for?
I haven't even played a single game of Set because i was somewhat intimidated that I wouldn't play him correctly. This guide is making me look forward to playing him soon and I can't wait to see more guides in the future!
I have played a lot of set recently trying to improve with him. The main thing I want to say is don't forget to aim your spawns when throwing out your 1. When using it normally, you shouldn't need to aim, just throw out the spawn right in front of you and then throw your 1. But when you ult and you have spawns everywhere, you need to actually use the circle indicator with the 1 to make sure they all go onto your target. So if for example you are autoing someone down with your ult when you use your 1 drag your mouse down so all the spawns intersect onto the enemy. I also want to mention my counter opinion to attack speed on Set. I like going Ninja tabi in some cases even though power generally better. The attack speed feels good early and it's usually hard to fully build your passive and make use of it in a teamfight so the attack speed gets you to the cap faster. It also allows you to spawn your spawns faster/ heal more often. You lose out on quite a bit of poke early but I think in some cases it makes up for it.
ive only been playing smite for a few months and i can usually do alright playing set, ive learnt a lot more about him watching this. you sound like you enjoyed making this, nice job bro
I’m sure it’s been mentioned in the comments already, but using the tick damage on his 3 quickly adds to his passive for auto attacks as well. Awesome guide man 👍
Thx Nano, that is exactly what I needed! I always thought set is too complex for a player like me, but now I feel comfortable enough to try it. Loving your videos, Greetings from Germany my dude!
Bro, you explain better then any pros Ong. You literally Explained it easy, the basics, the abilites, tips and showed clips of the god utilizing it's kit in battle. Good Job Man keep it up
Nice job man! I have abilities on quick casting but I'll definitely try out instant on his 2, 3 and 4. Keep it up, I would love to see some Bellona action on your channel. See you next time!
Watching one of your earlier videos actually made me start playing set, now he is my favorite god by far. I love him in the solo. people just sleep on his damage Thank you for your vids man i would not of played him otherwise
A good tip as well is when your 3’s sandstorm is up you can teleport multiple times as long as the sandstorm is active. So you could teleport to an enemy and if you’re in a bad spot and you’re quick enough you could spawn another clone away and teleport again! Glad set is seeing more play!!!
@@SolomonKing2824 I considered it but I am almost certain it was never a thing. If you can find video evidence otherwise fair enough but I can say with certainty it wasn't a thing. Unless it was a glitch then maybe.
@@SolomonKing2824 I would assume you were mistaken or it was a glitch. He did like the comment but he has liked many so he probably didn't read it/funny read it.
Set is a versatile god.As a gm player in every rank I can tell you that set is ability base but you can go atk speed if there’s a lot of people who has aa base in their team which mean if there’s like a baka or any hunter who set struggle with you’re forced to counter with an aa base. You can always go Ability base but you still need to understand how to counter build correctly.
You should do the style of video that incon does with his. Im a visual learner and I think that you would be great at that style of guide. Where you kinda break down what your doing when it happens, itemization, etc. Still a great video just a thought! Great content btw :)
Something that you forgot although it can be seen in the video you just didn't talk over it (I think) is that your 3 stacks the ultimate procs with the dot damage so you can get even more clones really quickly as well as the extra dmg and the heals also i really love how you use king crimson to place cuts in the video nice guide👌
Maybe I'm mistaken, but set seems to play similarly to Zed from LoL, is this true? Or should I go into this character without thinking too much of Zeds playstyle?
Set requires a unique mindset tbh. The plays you can make are insane but you have to know your positioning and cool downs. His best trick is being able to hit people that are sitting way back in tower on low health. Have 100-200 health left on them? 2 and you can reach your 1 the entire length of a tower circle in any direction
You have to get really comfortable on him and learn just how hard you can go. He can struggle against mages and adc especially with cc. You're squishy af outside of your ult

Naruto Storm Legacy Just go like a shifter shield
Ight thank you
I love this man’s mannerisms, “like trust me right now, you gonna want …. believe me on this” what a guy

I am new to the game and i love Set
Thank you for helping me
I uninstalled league of legends so i could play this game :D

Not better than any pros at all but my goal is to try and simplify these guides for people to understand. Thanks for the support 🙌
Very nice guide. You got yourself a sub
Yo, I like the new video nano, its a nice change in pace compared to regular game play all of the time. Good work bro!!
Nice mechanics guide keep it up! +1 sub for when to use instacast. Something that’s not explained in guides but very OP on set’s 3.
Bro your video is SOOOO GOOOD. Grat job and thats for tips.
Nice guide keep up the good work 👍🏽
What do you think about using rage, wind demon, or malice as a last item?

What? No you can't, that would be fun and probably very broken... It would have absolutely been showcased in the video if that were true.
@@scalpingsnake maybe they’ve changed it in the past year

I appreciate the built I’m been playing a lot of set lately 😄😄

idk if that made sense but I mean like when you play a conquest game and break it down in the middle of the game live. Sorry if im a bit confusing!
Thank you, bro, you helped me a lot. I Like the Usurper a lot in all modes of Smite. Is there any new things for an update guide?

good guide for new players. KING CRIMSON
Would have been a good idea to talk about the interaction between your 3 and your ult
Nice guide my dude!
Shoot today I might be on duty but Nano is still feeding the Smite addiction. Much appreciated
Uncle Sam calls. You know how it is. No lie though I'd like something like this for Arthur or Tyr
Great video
I didnt know you could change a moves cast type.
Hello persephone!!!!

berserker is broken on set and while building him full auto attack is bad building some atk speed is good
With abilities, I always thought you would want to unlock all of them at first and then focus level them.
I've been doing this since I started playing, and its never failed me. It's just his leveling order preference, everyone's a little different
Thx, u gotta new sub
Hey can you do a smite bakasura jungle video if you dont mind at all
What a coincidence I just bought set last week🤓
Yes insane god in right hands
He is bad ass but I just can not seem to use him idk why
You have to get really comfortable on him and learn just how hard you can go. He can struggle against mages and adc especially with cc. You're squishy af outside of your ult
Chief keef
Are you NAE? I need to find more people to play with
You sound like a Roblox UA-camr but who can't put my mind to it
He's NanoSMITE
I actually never knew you can spam set 2 during your ult
Counters
I'm already a diamond set
I got dogged ...
The things smite source can't teach you
The smite source build is okay, but not ideal for set in my opinion
im a 4 ☆ set
offset
This god sucks Thanatos can do a 50 x better job in the game
