Use the "weld" feature to create a stencil.
Send through the image TWO to THREE times for a perfect result.

Glue stars onto cardboard, creating a stencil.
Ensure a snug fit for each star.
Double-check alignment to avoid double lines during embossing.
Attach a hinge using washi tape.

Ooohhh, this is great! I just bought the same embossing machine you have & discovered it’s not as easy to find compatible folders for it as I thought it would be. Not to this extent. The debossing tool isn’t going to do this same kind of look. People have hacks for it though

Do you think using the plastic cutting boards from Dollar Tree would work for making stencils? Would it be thick enough? That way they could be wiped off & reused.

Hmmm I’m not sure. Embossing folders are usually a permanent item and I’m not sure if a Cricut could cut through those. I haven’t tried though.

I use a manual pasta machine instead of an embossing machine. You may already have one or they are reasonable at thrift stores. They work great with the plastic folders. I'll have to make these folders to see if it works for them.

I use the short cut control D usually but for the tutorial I showed another way ❤️
