Nobody appears to know at the moment. The piece exists solely on piano roll from what we know, and there seems to be no confirmation as to when that roll was made. Keeper1st suggests that it's probably from around 1922, which, looking at the dates on most of Jimmy Blythe's better-known rolls, looks like a pretty good estimation.
