Nia should consider getting a Pomsky. The Pomsky is a delightful hybrid breed resulting from a Siberian Husky and a Pomeranian mix. I suggest getting a small cute size but their size can vary, reflecting the balance of each breed in their lineage.
Pomskies are cherished for their high energy levels, making them a perfect fit for the active BGC lifestyle, with plenty of opportunities for walks and playtime. #MOMDUTY

Shih tzu is a sweet dog. Loves to cuddle. My shih tzu acts like she's the youngest in the family.... 😅😅😅😅 Nia looks sweet and loving... she will enjoy the company of a shih tzu... ❤❤❤❤ #momduty

As per the survey regarding what dog should Nia get, since tou are staying in a condo, i suggest you get a toy dog, or a small breed dog. I have two small breed dogs a french bulldog and a Boston Terrier, both of these dogs are very low maintenance when it comes to grooming and exercising. They can just run inside your unit and that is enough for exercise. They are both fun and loving dogs suitable for family. Give my regards to the twins knox and Nia and Nelvine. I don't know much about dogs with breeds cause I have "Askal" or "Aspin" dogs which means they have a lot of different mix's or just say Asong Pinoy, but the grandma of me and my sisters dogs, is a German Shepherd, But I think a Chow chow or Shih Tzu look so cute!🥰 they are small and fluffy. My tita Has a Shih Tzu & he's friendly and sweet.❤or my sister says a Border Collie or a Golden Retriever...I just Hope you find the perfect dog for your family! Been following your vlogs for awhile now and i was thrilled when you announced that Philippines will be your home base. I'm sure the kids will enjoy making friends here especially if they will be attending school and travelling to the islands of course (during long weekends and holidays). I highly recommend a Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) for Nia. It's coat is hypoallergenic, they are great lap dogs (3-5kgs) and they love being with their humans. Their lifespan is quite long and on average, they can live for 15 or more years. It's a perfect fit for condo living since they are small. Their coats can grow long but they do not shed. They can easily be trained to not chew on things and be quiet. Unlike other small dog breeds who are very sassy and rowdy, yorkies are very well behaved. I have a 9 year old yorkie named Yagee, short for yagit (since she looks like one because of her hair 🐶). She is very playful and sweet, only barks when she sees other animals and knows how to keep quiet when she hears the word "quiet". I'm sure Nia a yorkie can be Nia's bestfriend. #Momduty

3BR condo rental / month @ prestige BGC is a steal if u convert that to USD . Right now rental in Toronto for that size is around 3K, a lot more in NYC. We’re renting a1BR unit for our balikbayan winter getaway close to Uptown Mall. Hope to bump into you guys @ Changing Places family .

Golden Retriever is the best one and suitable for your condo house.The temperaments of this dog are friendly,kind,intelligent,reliable and trustworthy #MomDuty
I would say AsPin or Asong Pinoy but instead of buying i would recommend to adopt from one of the rescue shelters in manila. Abandoned dogs or rescued dogs definitely deserve a good family and a place they can call home. #Momduty HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! 🎁🎁🎁

Nia is such a sweet girl. So I think the breed of dog that will actually suits her personality is a Boston Terrier or a French Bulldog.
These dapper fellow makes one of the best apartment dogs purely because of his ideal combination of size and temperament. Almost universally friendly, loving dogs, Boston terriers and French Bulldogs are also small enough to be able to get almost all of their exercise needs indoors and not annoy your downstairs neighbors while they do it.

As for the dog i figured something small, quiet n not long hair cuz when it sheds then omg. Not a minipin or chihuahua cuz they r noisy. I suggest a maltese. They r very intelligent, sweet n their eyes r very expressive. Hair doesnt really shed that much.

I have been following you since you came to the Philippines. Seeing your whole family live your life gives me mixed emotions.
