Hello MomDuty! If I’m not mistaken, there are some Japanese cars assembled in the Philippines such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Isuzu. Also, at one time, Ford also had an assembly plant in the Philippines, but the plant closed about 10 years ago. Fun fact, Aurelio is a Supercar manufactured in the Philippines by Filipinos. 🇵🇭

Aurelio design may look like a supercar but its engine, is not enough to be claim as supercar.
There’s Texas Roadhouse in Uptown Mall :) P900 for the smallest one.
I do recommend dining in House of Minis in Greenhills, you can get a mini or a regular steak for as low as P600. They are also packed most of the time because it’s the only branch they have. The price comes with soup, dinner rolls, salad, the steak, and dessert.

I had Wagyu beef in Japan and it cost me around $150. It was so good though. That price of $90 with 50% is so totally worth it.
As for those iphones in the Philippines, they are still in high demand regardless of price. If an online business would build a site catering to Mac & Iphone users in the Philippines at U.S. prices they will be successful. Iphones I think are artificially priced higher due to demand in my honest opinion.

Oh wow! Japan does have some insanely good food, especially wagyu beef. We also went to Kobe, Japan and had Kobe beef. Unfortunately, due to the fact there is a 60/40 FDI rule under the Philippines 1987 Constitution.
In this case, APPLE stores will never invest anywhere in the Philippines, yet. Unless the 60/40 rule will be removed eventually and so, having said that, only authorised resellers such as ABENSON, Mac Centre, etc. are allowed in the Philippines.

Wow first time I've seen that steakhouse in BGC. The most popular steakhouse in BGC that I've heard of is Wolfgang's and they do get really pricey! But I must say, 50% off on those steak is soooooo worth it. As for electronics, yeah prices here in the Philippines are too much. It's better to buy electronics outside of the country. Thank you for this upload! This was a good vlog to watch while I was having my lunch. It's like I'm eating with you guys. Cheers!
We kept passing this restaurant and finally had to ask about it. I mean it’s always packed dying dinner time. That’s how we learned about the promo. Have your Steak Dinner at The Grand Hyatt's The Peak! Pricey but soooooo good with a fantastic view because it's at the rooftop of the tallest skyscraper in the PH...or the Raging Bull Chophouse at Shangrila At The Fort. We had a super pricey steak dinner at Wolfgang just because my daughter ordered the expensive oysters from France. The oysters jacked up the bill! hahaha Anyways our favorites are Stone-Grilled Steakhouse Greenhills, Mamou at the Podium & the original House of Minis in Greenhills. Texas Joe's in Subic Olongapo has good juicy steaks too! Wish they have a BGC branch. This vlog made me so hungry! Daya Daya.. haha

hello my favorite fam ❤ my happy pill. Yes iphones are very expensive in the Philippines. Even branded or imported brands are expensive because of the tax. As you go on you will discover local brands like bench to be okay and not that expensive when it comes to clothes and undergarments...you can even find nice clothes in bazaares like in greenshills in san juan. Even iphones and gadgets are being sold there in a cheaper price. Watching you eat those steaks makes me salivate. #momduty #momdutyverse

While travelling around Asia, I recommend buying the iPhone and other electronic stuff in Japan or Hongkong.. They normally have the best prices for electronics in Asia, and if I remember correctly, worldwide.. But regarding iPhones, the USA is also one of the cheapest countries in the world - only like 100$ difference to said countries - so the idea with the Lockwoods is great :)

They sell a nice Argentina Malbec at Costco for under $7 usd per bottle.

Make sure to take someone who's very knowledgeable on how to check if the phone is legit before buying it. This is just a recommendation 😊 Filipinos buy iphones in greenhills for a much cheaper price. 😂

They live in bgc so of course steak is more expensive lol. Businesses will add a big profit to their goods because of the location’s standard cost of living.
You should to istudio instead of abenson, powermac or digital walker. It could be closer to the US. You can get it for around 1769 USD to as low as 1681USD atleast. It can also go around 1628 to 1592 USD if you can tell them to ask the offic, but definitely 1681 USD is possible.

Not sure if they do trade in in Philippines, I traded in my 14 promax here in California at Apple store they bought it for $630 ended up paying for my new 15promax 512GB $759 otherwise if i didnt do trade in i would have paid $1500 + tax. Feedback on new iphone 15, have not really seen a difference from the 14promax.

I think that the most cooked that you can get a steak is shoe leather but I love mine to be cooked medium rare because that's where all the flavor is. I knew that he was going to recommend a ribeye steak. I don't care for iPhones and they have been caught purposely slowing down the phones to make people upgrade their phones. Plus if I'm not mistaken you have to take your iPhone to a iPhone store unlike other phones that you can get repaired at any phone shop. That way they can charge you whatever they want to charge or you don't get your phone fixed. I guess that's fine for those who don't worry about costs of everything or who want to keep up with the Jones's but in the end it's just whatever you like.

how much does it cost for shipping and sales tax from the USA for the Iphones?
that is why most filipino go abroad to buy luxury brand and electronics. they are very lax at checking for import duty in the airport. every body just bust lots of things abroad. this also strains the local electronic shops competing with shadow economy.

# 3 when I was Knox's age, maybe a few years younger - my mother always had one extra steak that she would cut small pieces off - raw -
and eat them while cooking the rest for the family. She let my brother and I also have a couple pieces so we both like a good raw steak. This is back
70 plus years so I don't believe we had to worry about preservatives or growth hormones in the meat. I remember the corner grocery store that as you
stepped in, the meat counter was right there, sawdust on the floor and you could ask for a bone for your dog, big with lots of meat left on for FREE.

Well I am not that into steak and iphone so for me it's ok... but yeah gadgets really are expensive here than other countries... you should have bought it in Korea or Japan so it will be tax free... the only problem is warranty
I think steak in the Philippines depends on 3 things: location, origin and level of restaurant. There are steaks ranging from 1700 to 3300. The size can be bigger than that.
