Hey. I’ve just bought the yarn pack for Sonia’s holiday blanket. I crochet a lot, usually amigurumi and a few typical blankets, but never done mosaic. I thought I’d come and check UA-cam to see if you had any videos and started here. I have a few questions (I know I need to buy the pattern)
Is the blanket done in rows the same as this sample gauge?
Will there be enough yarn to do the sample gauge as well as also make the blanket? I usually have a pretty tight tension but I’ve been practicing with a lower tension to get a good result when I do the blanket.

Yes, the blanket is worked in rows, and yes, providing your gauge is no looser than mine, you should have plenty of yarn to make the swatch xx
