i think I owe you this video for a long time now. It was overdue to show you a technique how to learn double unders. Especially consecutive double unders. These jump rope trick is so famous at the cross fit competitions and I want to give back to the community. As you know me. :)
I hope this will helps many people to start getting into double unders and might help getting more people into rope skipping.

Omg I've been trying for ages and finally did it after watching this video!!!!!! Realised I was jumping with too much force like at 4:05 and it meant I always tripped on the next jump

Yes!!! The penguin clap drill! It brings back so many memories.. back when i was trying to learn Double Unders, I used this drill... Uh.. it was hard but very rewarding afterwards... Now I can do Double Unders but not more than 80.. I'm trying to get to 100 but my upper arm get so stiff and tired after 80... You've showed some good drill to learn this trick so as always amazing work, Mira!❤️❤️

Hey hey, awesome guy :) I will think of yout for the next time :) And thanks for your words as always. its really just practise and remeber your wrist. Thats usually what gets stiff and that makes it more work for your arms. So wrist is key ;)

It should help. I have people in my classes with 0 talent but they love it and they get motivated from the others and the achieve it. So everyone can do it :)

I can finally do double unders haha.. but the thing is I kick back my legs way too much, well eventually my form gets better as I practice

I actually find weights good for the feets, using a 2-3kg rope helps so much for doubles
The rope can help you for your strenght but the technique can help you achieving it much faster. So I recommend: technique first and then strenght :)
