hmm couldn't get the found overlap to work for me. I'm just working with spheres though, seems to not do anything nevermind! Forgot to hit create packed primitives on the assemble
Thanks for the amazing tutorial! Although, I get static copies of the rocks that I can see only in the Geo level, inside the RBD Bullet Solver the simulation looks fine, any idea how to fix that? Edit: I noticed the source of my problem is the Delete_Pieces node, when it's bypassed the problem is gone.
I am trying to export this as an alembic to bring into Blender. But when I export it and import it in Blender, I get the simulation but also alot of static meshes. So everything is just a mess. What do I do wrong?
I don't know Blender unfortunately, but it may be possible that it doesn't support packed geometry being deleted, so you may have to move it somewhere 100km off screen instead of deleting it.
You saved my day with your "pack + trail + timeshift" technique ! ^^
Glad I could help!
Why Paul has only 3.6k subs?!!!?! It's just not fair!
he grew a little bit in the last year...
Been wanting to recreate this effect for so long! Thanks!!
It's a fun effect! Glad I could help!

So, does that mean you found the fix? or only the cause of the problem?
