Just for clarification, the title was f-86 vs mig-15, because I tend to have youtube copy over my last video description and title. 2:22 The Gripens T/W is only less than 1 at higher fuel loads above 60% or 37% fuel with a full A2A weapons loadout, at this point in the fight where you've fired 3 missiles (253kg) and had approximately 16% fuel left your T/W ratio should be right around 1.1:1
A lot of people forget that T/W changes the longer a fight is prolonged.
Fantastic flying guys, had lots of fun. The F-15 is really one of the aircraft of all time. I’m not sure what the gripen gets, but I’ve tested the F-15 to get 21deg/sec at 400kts, which is just tremendous. That’s 2 degrees faster than the f16 we have in game I do believe. Also all of the vertical shenanigans that the gripen can perform are to the extreme peril of the gripen, as they create enough of an offset for our circles to overlap even though you’re inside my circle. That’s why I was able to kill him before resorting to an upwards spiral

Very good, F-15's were pulling a little to hard after the merge, they should have kept some energy and made a bit of a large turn to get awareness of what yall are doing to then properly go for each one.

I view the F15 as a 'Jack of all trades master of none' type of fighter. Its not the best 2 circle or 1 circle fighter nor is it the best in a climb but it can do anything and everything above average so no matter what plane your fighting there is one flight regime in which you can win. Know your plane and know your enemies plane even better and you will be unbeatable.
This is the best way someone has explained the f-15 in warthunder specifically. Thank you!

Czechoslovakia doesn't exists now is Czech republic and Slovak republic they are two seperate countries. Czechia owns Jas-39s slovakia Mig-29 and now new F-16s
Just out of curiosity, shouldn’t the F-15s in matches 2 and 3 continued into a high speed rate fight after the merge? Seems like they were being overly aggressive by trying to turn around for a head on and killing their energy advantage. Good strategy on y’all’s part to have one JAS39 carry straight thru the merge and extend. That allowed y’all to control the fight.
Tbh I think the F-15's were scared of a 9m hitting them out of the blue. I believe they turned hard in the merge to keep visual of us. If they play passive and flare consistently they will 100% run out before us, and take a 9m to the face.
Also known as jamming the WEZ(weapon employment zone)
Can't get killed my a 9M if you're in a once circle which the F15 is pretty good at.

Ive always thought the inertial head movements kinda hurt the quality of the videos. if i can recommend, tone it down a bit?
I'm confused on what inertial head movement is? Like the interior shaking etc?
Yeah like the camera bobbing when you look around and roll/pitch the plane, it looks like the sense of flight setting is at 100, I think turning it down to 50 or less would be nice
