Which small WR who plays BIG are you comparing Josh Downs to???
Is Steve Smith too high of a comp? Very reminiscent in the way that they both go get the ball out the air
my comp was jalen reagor, he gets a lot of his success from his athleticism and jumping ability and if he gets an injury to his knee or achiles his ability to jump will be gone and to me he does not have short area quickness, if you look at 10split and 3 cone drill. I think he sees the field well but I am too concerned that one bad injury would take him out of even a wr 4 in the nfl.

@@nathantmf1266 He's not 6', he 5'9 and 3/4 6'1-6'3 is prototype so it is smaller than protype. He had 6' on his college page but that was a blatant lie kinda like every guy under 6' always puts 6' on their dating profile.

He seems perfect for the Chiefs. Fits their scrappy, quick slot archetype, and him and Mahomes could form a great connection and manipulate zones like Kelce does.
Downs or Jayden Reed would have balled out at the Chiefs.
Im just happy cheifs didn't draft bryce ford wheaton, dude was raw but with mahomes would have been unfair

Biggest pet peeve I have ever had is receivers not catching with their hands. Professionals letting balls bounce off of them drives me absolutely insane! You are getting paid big money. Catch the ball!

Too bad he’s only 5’8. I like UNC, and if the Panthers want a small Slot WR, I would rather they draft Parker Washington in Rd 4 because he’s stronger with a more solid frame than Downs.

Downs a better overall receiver I'm talking route running, hands. Finding soft spots in the zone. Just a better football player he's not a number 1# wr in the NFL. But a hellva slot Wr. Can make immediate impact on a roster.
