concetto tanto semplice in teoria quanto complesso nella pratica. Nel video è accennato: le neoplasie sierose infiltrano a piccoli gruppetti o in singole cellule il connettivo adiacente; nelle neoplasie mucinose ed endometriali invece le ghiandole neoplastiche si fanno progressivamente più floride sino a obliterare il connettivo a loro interposto (back-to-back). Quest'ultimo aspetto, anche se meno chiaro rispetto alle forme sierose, è comunque indicativo di superamento della membrana basale

13:06, is that totally benign? if the pattern shown in endometrium, I may suspect focal carcinoma!
