Haven't seen a consistent lumbar ADR blog on youtube yet and this is more helpful to other people considering this surgery so thank you. I am looking into gettin the same surgery at the last 2 levels. I wish you a very speedy recovery and i sympathize with everyone dealing with back pain, i know exactly what you're talking about in your videos about the pain and misery of it all. There are a lot of overly produced success stories on here but this dude gives it to you straight. Surgery sucks. And I don’t believe anyone jumps for joy afterwards.
