Sabrina I have been watching a lot of your videos. Girl, you don’t get dirty, your nails are always on key. When I go out to the dollar store, or somewhere like that I forget to look in the mirror before I leave, people comment on a spots of paint on my face, when I tell them they should see the rest of me, and show them my hands, they barrel over on laughter. And I think to my self, thank god it’s only my hands that are exposed.
OOHHH I get dirty, you just can't see it, I try to have tidy hands especially when I record but the ink and dye stains are there!! LOL I think it's great that you get right into it, that's commitment!! LOL xx
Very pretty & they looked like real vintage envelopes. TFS!
Thank you sweetie, I appreciate that !! TFW xx

So cute!
JEWELRY PAPER FABRICS thanks for watching xx
I coffee dipped my envelopes and baked them! So much easier and you can do a lot at once😊 then you can distress, ink and decorate after they dried!
I was trying to show that there are different ways to do things and as I agree this method my not be the best it avoids going through the huge process of mass staining. I also find that dipping envelopes tends to unglue them and for some reason that bugs me a little so that is also why I tried this method. I appreciate your comment, tfw! Happy crafting!
Lovely vintage envelopes! Great tutorial, Sabrina! TFS!
Thanks so much for your support Gail!! xx
Very pretty Sabbie!!! Thank you for sharing your process!
Thanks so much for watching Laura!! xx
Love the tip on using Distress inks with Coffee - great result! Enjoyed watching your process including "over-thinking" what to put where Lol! I do that all the time too. But you make great choices - keep the videos coming even if they take forever to load - the internet can be very frustrating if you are not in a prime area.
Hi Cheryl, it’s so true sometimes that overthinking can go on and on and that’s when I’ve seen myself actually stop working on a project and move on to something else. Slow internet sucks!!! Lol thanks so much for your kind words and your support for my channel. Have a great day sweetie!! Xx
I luv this! Those are all so gorgeous! I'm inspired to make some! Thanks so much for sharing your process! Have a crafty day...xoxox

omg, i could not live without my bigshot. i actually have 2, my friend found one at the still good shed at her local dump and knows i have one and gave it to me as a backup in case anything happens to mine, it didnt have the platform or anything with it. I was so blessed knowing i have another one just in case.
Hi Sabrina!... these envelopes are sooooooo sweet!!! Thanks so much for the tutorial. I also live out in the country and our internet is awful, I usually have to hot spot from my phone just to download digital journal kits. I live out in western Saskatchewan, pretty close to the Alberta border, there isn’t exactly of choices when it comes to internet services that’s forsure... ugh!!!! Lol. Thanks again Darlin! Have a great day!!😃
Hi Alayna and yes I feel your pain!! LOL TFW and have a great day sweetie!! xx

Love your staining technique using the ink and then the coffee spray ( my favorite things- -lol) I can't wait to start making these even thought I don't have an embossing machine ( which I just love how that looks) It will still be fun.

I also want to attempt these with the oxide inks too...it might get too splotchy but I'd like to see what happens.
Jamie it is a very sad, sad situation but am I gonna move for internet?? LOL maybe!! It's tough sometimes but I think I found a solution. thanks for your lovely comment and you know I think oxide inks would work just go easy with the liquid to see how it reacts!! Let me know what happens. hugs sweetie xx

Maria Elena Recio thank you!!
Oh I live in the country also. My internet sucks big time. To download takes for EVER. My sympathy is with you.
LOL Thank you!! xx
Great tutorial..tfs 👍❤️
Thank you huni!! xx
Wow, Sabrina! These are lovely, even though similar to Nazy's, they're quite original. I love the perfect pearls idea...And, I have to ask...at 38:45, "Free to Explore the world" and at 39:13 do you recall the embossing folder you used? That one really caught my eye. It may be some obscure embossing folder you picked up somewhere 10 years ago, if so it's ok...but if you do remember, I'd love to know! Thank You for sharing this video, especially with your extra long downloading times. We appreciate your beautiful work and time to put all this together for us!
Hi Sue, thank you so much for taking the time to watch and for leaving such a lovely comment. I do have some info for you regarding a couple of the things I’ve used. The embossing folder is by Tim Holtz Alterations, and is called Burlap. That little journal card is actually a cut out from a paper pad I have by Recollections (Michael’s brand) and is called Fly me away. The whole thing is rather adorbs!! Well I hoped this helped a little and thanks again for watching!! Hugs xx
Sabrina Oreskovic thank you for the response! I took Nazy’s class for the envelopes and have made a few myself, but yours definitely have your own twist. I don’t know what it is about envelopes, but I love them....maybe that they hold surprises and the unknown contents can be good news, or, I suppose, bad news. Anyway, thanks again - I have to try to find that burlap embossing folder - so cool! Have a wonderful day - 🤗
Hi Sue, it’s true I love making them to. Maybe it’s a feeling that soon this way of communication will truly be a thing of the past. It’s already rare to write and post a letter now. Who knows!! I am grateful for your support and thanks again for watching. Happy crafting my friend! Xx
Sabrina Oreskovic you’re so right - letter writing is a thing of the past! I would love to send you a letter in an altered envelope! I have added my own little twist onto some of them, How fun would that be? If you’re interested, you can leave me your P.O. Box or address at
chesley.charm@gmail.com
Love them! Can you please tell me where you got that postal stamp?
Cindy B thank you so much for watching! I got that stamp at Michaels. Xx
hermoso trabajo
Ruben Gonzalez thank you so much!! Xx
I like using my wood stove -put a cookie sheet on it -place a piece of
parchment in the cookie sheet to prevent sticking and place your envelopes in and dry - of course you need to watch closely .2
123uschie oh yes you have to be super careful the whole thing doesn’t go up lol!!! Love baking paper!! Tfw xx
Sabrina Oreskovic 🥰
Great tutorial.... coffee spraying .....does this leave smell of coffee ? very new to all the various ways items in the cupboard can be used .... be pleased to receive your comments....thanks Jill UK
Hi Jill, I am happy to answer, I find that smaller projects may smell of coffee for a little bit but it soon wears off. I notice that an entire journal made with coffee stained papers can smell strong if the paper was newly made but it to will loose it's smell after time. Thank you so much for watching!! xx
where did you find the little crochet pieces? Neat ideal on the envelopes
Hi Nancy, all my pieces are from thrift stores and garage sales that i find and cut into smaller more manageable pieces. If you are interested I have linked a video of how I do it. Thanks so much for watching.
ua-cam.com/video/cSyYRwkB_D4/v-deo.html
Terrific video. I'm amazed at how quickly you can put your designs together. So clever of you. Hope that you can get some help with uploading your videos. Sounds really hard work.
Thanks so much my friend, glad you liked it and yes slow internet is frustrating but it is what it is I guess!! hugs to you!! xx
Hello!!! Thank you so much for this Tuto! Love it! Where did you find that gorgeous stamp? Would love to get my hands on one like this!!! Thank you again!
Hi Johanne, sorry for the late reply and for watching my video. That is a lovely stamp I got it at Michaels and it is called Carte postale! Hope that helps! Happy new year!! Xx
Love your videos. What is your coffee mixture?
Thank you Theresa, I don't do the same thing everytime, I just make it to the darkness I need it at the time. I just add usually about 2 tablespoons coffee to about a cup and a half of warm water to my spray bottle. I will attach a video here for my process if you wish to see.
Thanks so much for watching!! ua-cam.com/video/57lZhIF_jOs/v-deo.html
I sure do miss you!!!! I hope all is well!! much love to you and your family!!!! XoXoX
Hi Corinne, believe me when I say I miss you too!!! Life has me in tail spin right now between home stuff, I’ve been sick (nothing to serious) and my dad was back in the hospital for a week has got me busy. I miss crafting and all of you. Thanks so much for checking in on me and hope to chat with you soon!! Big hugs xx
@@SabrinaOreskovicCraftySabby aww!! I'm so sorry to hear about your dad!! I sure hope you feel better!!
I'm soo glad to know you are doing ok, I was worried!!!
Crafting is some times our outlet. I hope you can fit it in when you can. It helps me power through hard times! ;)
Much love to you and your loved ones!!!
XoXoX
I live in the middle of 17 acres of farm field in the country. I feel your pain. You would think if they can have a satellite zoom in on an ant the companies could give us better internet AND at a decent price.
So true, it can be very frustrating at times!
❤TY for inspiration 💘
Thank you so much for watching!! xx
I am wondering if using a glue gun stays as well as E6000 or Fabric Tack or any of the glues I see every one use?
I think they all work great,I am very comfortable with my glue gun and find it stays stuck pretty well. I do use other glues, guess it depends on the project and materials I am using.
Where do you get the dollies ? Do you make them yourself?
Hi Vickie, thanks so much for watching and I wish I was that talented! lol. I find most of my doilies at thrift sales and yard/garage sales, I look for pieces that I can easily cut apart into manageable sizes so that the doilies don’t unravel. Then I layer the different colour and sizes together to create beautiful embellishments. Hope this helps!! Xx
Love the project, thanks for showing them.
I have a request though please. Next time you zoom in, could you not go in so close?
I found it difficult to watch and I was getting motion sick :(
Kerry Williamson sorry that’s as far back as it will go unless I purchase new equipment it’s the best I can do for now.tfw
I made myself watch it all :) I love watching how you do things
I really appreciate your support Kerry! xx
Try adding alcohol to the coffee and it will dry faster
Will try thanks Sharon!!
Love it, but could use some editing...
Thank you, not sure what you mean regarding editing?? It is a tutorial and requires a certain amount time.
Is the postage stamp stamp still available
I can only assume it is, I got mine about a month ago at Michaels.
I dip my envelopes rather than spray, more even texture and you don't get the dauber marks on
I’ve coffee stained paper in all different ways. I liked this look for this project, the more inconsistency I have in staining the more I like it.
New sub
Thanks for subbing
So super cute Sabrina. I Love these. Thx for sharing your process. I really enjoy your videos. Thx sweetie!!!!
Oh my gosh thank you so much for supporting me!! hugs to you xx
