What if Rick trained Carl early like at the camp in season 1. What if Carly kill herself instead of Lizzie and Tyreese dose not kill her and they save everyone from the Termites but Glenn is killed. What if Lee went to prison and was one of the Prisoner's and Clem was at the season 2 farm in the show.

I was wondering, since in the what if video has Christa and Omid’s baby surviving, wouldn’t that mean the baby is at least a year old by the time they’re at Carver’s because Christa looked at least 9 months pregnant before the 16 month time-skip.

I always side with Kenny because he's one of my favorites but he is a little reckless. I personally think Lee and Javier would become good friends because of the fact that they are both very good leaders I could also see Lee and or Kenny trying to beat tf out of David due to his ego and recklessness of wanting to play leader when really not leader.
We do see him starting to breathe before Kenny drops the salt lick; all it would've taken is just an extra second of Lee's help and he'd've been back up.

Cool idea, but the biggest downside is that it left the group too big that left a lot of people with not a lot to do. For example, Lee snitching on Kate about the drugs doesnt seem to ever come up again despite it being a good way to give the Garcia family more conflict in S1. Like Javi gets pissed off at Kate for doing the drugs and thinking she played a role in the downfall of the motel group and put the kids in danger. He can even get pissed at her and Lee by finding out Lee knew about her drug use secret and neither she nor Lee told Javi about it. I think Lilly regardless should be suspicious that Kate is stealing drugs, I can envision her having a sort of animosity towards the Garcia family ever since the end of Ep 2 since they're a big family, they were the last members to join the motel group, and there's limited supplies. I think if Lee tells Lily Kate's secret, Lily actually does kill Kate thinking she was the only thief and caused the bandits to raid the motel, but if you don't, Carley/Doug still dies. I feel like the Garcia's had the most invovlement (not counting S3) in this What If up until around Episode 4 of Season 1. Season 1 Episode 2 and 3 was easily my favorite in this AU cause I felt like the Garcia's had the biggest involvement there.

You should do what if rick died in season 1. Heres my idea of his death.When the atlanta camp got attacked we could have a lee situation where rick is bit.Then maybe he could somehow last to the cdc and when its about to blow up he would stay behind.This is just my idea.
