This is a bit late, but firstly thank you so much for 10k & for all of your support. As a thank you, I wanted to make this video some of you guys requested for those of you who are also on your UA-cam journey or just wanted to learn more about editing. I do all of my editing on my phone and wanted to share all the tips & tricks I picked up per the past couple of months. Super cool tutorial! I've been messing around with Vllo, and I totally get the 'layers to a cake' comparison. The layer I've been trying to perfect is the text style and sound effects, so these tips are great! Speaking of layers, I've also been playing around with boost app social for their unique reels and fonts, kind of adds that extra icing to the cake. Anyone else tried it?

Hey! Loved the video!! ❤️❤️ thanks for putting it together. Did you use the front camera from your phone when you recorded yourself or did you use the back camera and flipped the phone?
Hiya! For the intro I actually used my camera (Sony zv1) so that I could hold my phone for the video 😂 but all the other clips in the video were all from my iPhone. Tbh the front camera really isn’t too bad! I try my best to use the back, but when I film myself eat or with my friends I just use the front camera! ❤️

Do you mean for the captions or for the app itself~ captions you can add in different languages, but I’m not sure if you can change the app Language

How to record my voice without mic ?
You can still use the voice over without an external mic! Your phone has one already, but the audio quality won’t be as high!~
From where do I get the non copyrighted audio??
A few places! Thematic is a good one but vllo also has some in the app if you have the premium version! In the beginning I found most of my songs on Thematic for free!
How do you make the list effect
Do you mean for the text? I just opened a text box and added a new line for each item haha Theres probably a more sophisticated way to do this but I found this to be the easiest!
how do you add the narrating text?
There’s two ways! You can either type the text directly with the “text” function or you can use “captions” which will format everything nicely for you!

If its not in the app, you can load it in via dafont.com! Ive linked the tutorial on how to upload new fonts in the description of the video :)
