IMO The coupe version of the 280ZX was much better looking than the much more common 2+2

I disagree. The 2+2 has way better proportions . The longer rear evens out the long nose making it more pleasing to the eye. I have a 71 240z and a 83 280 zx 2+2 turbo. I love them both!
