Thank you for sharing this technique. I have a sinker board in storage and I think it’s time to try again with this instruction.

Nice video and presentations, very clear enough, As a newb in wingfoil, really like to appach with smaller board or inflatable one as travelling locally oversea trip, i am struggling to chose the Macro Air board size of 4'7" 80L vs 5'3" 110L, with my weight 62kg and 1.65m tall. Wing 5m and foil 1700, that is target size and going to place order soon for my 1st wing foiing trip to Thailand. Hope sharing those info and get a comment from an experienced riders. Tks

Hi there! Thank you for your vid🙏
Just one question: I have recently stepped over from 95 L to 75L and was struggling hard this first session to get up.
my boards are also Naish hover ultra carbon, I weigh 79 kgs, and our northsea is choppy amd wavy as hell.
All I can find is info about floaters, sinkers but not much on ‘how to get up on an intermediate floater/sinker’. And also most of the vids are made in flat water and that is definitely not our playgarden here!🙈🙈
Thanx for your reply! Grtz Thierry

I wonder why use such a small board without footstraps. the only reason i would use something that small would be to make it lighter there to jump, but without footstraps there is no way.

A smaller board is very nimble and easy to maneuver compared to larger boards. It really lets the foil come alive.
