Day 1549 of the logbook of evil Isaac-developers: “Teleport should have a chance to malfunction and teleport an enemy to Isaac instead of Isaac to another room”
I love the idea for instrument effects. Here is my take on what a few might be: Drum: Makes a bass drum soundwave/shockwave at the feet of Isaac at the same rate of tempo as Isaac's shot rate. Similar to Lusty blood or bloody lust though as Isaac kills more enemies in a room, the size of the drum shockwave grows and this shockwave not only does damage, but would push enemy tears back. So tears caught in this would be forced away from Isaac. If you have a slow shot rate, it would be alright, but would scale very well with strong type of runs, or be an almost impenetrable shot blocker paired with something like soy milk. Guitar: A tear effect type of item that would add additional shots to Isaac's normal fire, that increases when hitting multiple shots in a row, much like dead eye. The additional shots would home, pierce and go over terrain. The tears would look like music notes of different types, quarter notes half notes etc. Saxophone: Gives Isaac the ability to aim in every direction, like joystick. And radiates a tractor like beam separate from Isaacs tears. Anything in the beam will be slowed and take 10% damage of Isaacs damage. Please feel free to change or add any of your own ideas. I love this music item idea and maybe I'll put more thought into it at a later time.
Question of the Episode: If there were a new alt-path that were to be unlocked that led to a Dad fight, what type of new enemies/bosses would you like to see, and what abilities do you think that they'd have?

4:28 For a new set in expanding on the question of the episode I was thinking something along the lines of RPG classes. For example you could have a new set of items associated with the Rogue class and a Rogue transformation. The transformation could give bonus 'crit' damage to enemies that your familiars are close to or for a brief time after camouflage expires. Some items could include a Hidden Dagger that gives you a small chance to crit on every shot scaling with luck. A second item could be a cloak type item that gives you the camo effect after killing enemies or a chance for it so you get more out of the Rogue transformation effects.
This would give a bit more point to having luck stat other than chests spawning in the final floor and make some familiars like Angry Fly, Spider Mod or Sissy longlegs have a new aspect to their utility. Also items like Backstabber and Camo Undies could count towards the Rogue transformation.
QOTD: Being such a fan of pokemon, id like your opinion on an idea i had for either a mod or small update. What do you think of them adding energy cards as a new set of card consumables? my idea for it would kinda be an AOE for each different kind. I.e. grass would do the toxic shock effect wherever you use it, fire would either shoot a red fire in each direction like tammys head, or just light every enemy on fire temporarily, water would emit a holy water puddle around issac larger than normal (kinda like lemonade) and so on. what do you think of this idea?

Day 379 of asking Sin for a Fiend Folio run called Fiendish Firsts! But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe he can try "Boss Butch" adds a bunch of new bosses who aren't completely unfair and for something very unique try "The future" mod adds a new floor with custom enemies and bosses and the boiler adds a third alternative for dross and downpour again with unique enemies and bosses! Maybe add the stranger mod adds a character that is more than a dozen in one!
