The only way to reach a draw in this game is if you and your opponent agree to one. Otherwise, any of the conditions below result in a win for checkers:
•If checkers checkmates chess
•If checkers reduces chess to just a king, and stays alive to play three more moves
•If fifteen moves pass without a capture (yes, fifteen)
•If the same position appears thrice
•If chess runs out of time (should you choose to use a clock)
•If checkers has no possible moves but still possesses at least one piece
Similarly, chess can win by:
•Not letting checkers win (nor agreeing to a draw)
