i mean knee pads have been a thing for basically forever. And i feel like any advantage this has over a normal kneepad is ofset by it being awkward to walk in, harder to transport and more expensive.
Doing physical labour in the past learnt that it's easier to cheese something, master that routine and just continue. Your body adapts and you're stronger in that regard. Years of hammering wood and sawing with a manual saw gave me a larger right arm. It's just how people work. The tool offers comfort but our bodies adapt

I would totally use this while working in maintenance
I use this for sheet metal roofing, instead of having a 4 ft long bit extension on my screw gun, I made one of these thingies at work and made it less flimsy at home. Now I know I can buy a more polished version

Look at the K2S , I've had my pair for over a decade. They are adjustable and I'm 6'4" and around 230. The are also a way better set up theses look like they were built in a 3rd world country.
And I am way too short (5'1) and probably won't fit either 😞
