It's really worth realizing that, in spite of the simplistic, almost childish visuals, that this game is incredibly metal. You have the patapons, pushed to near eradication and hunted to near extinction. But when you coordinate and organize the survivors, they not only start surviving but thriving. Gigantic beasts almost five times larger than any of the patapons that have done nothing but devour them suddenly find themselves being driven back and injured. They barely have time to register their sheer confusion at their pain before they start falling one by one. The patapons, before only seeing their end approach and feeling powerless to stop it, now fighting back with a fury beyond anything they've ever imagined. Finding victory and watching their numbers swell with each success. This game is awesome, is what I'm saying.
It’s actually a great mystery that I think encompasses some of history’s greatest military upsets. Patapons, obsolete in warfare tactics and technology, pushed to being a being pests, were able to accumulate win after win which they themselves attribute to their Great Patapon God. They’re equipment mainly comes from spoils of war. Their knowledge of warfare is so outdated that they learn instead to adopt the fighting styles of their fallen enemies which were actually forgotten styles of combat told in the legends of their ancestors. Their tech is so obsolete that they needed to steal a catapult instead of building one. Yet both offensive power and defensive increase twice fold. Shields link together. Skin becomes more resistant. Feats such as firing three arrows consecutively in a volley and shaking the earth with a smack of the hammer become possible. All caused by a being nobody in their world could see but could only be heard through the sound of the drums

Nostalgia I think
What happened to the Mochichi? Did they remove him in the remaster?
Mochichi wasn't a boss in the first game.
O mochichi chegou no patapon 2
Patapon 2 & 3 are much better shame they didn't remastered them as well
They just announced the 2nd one
3 was such a grindfest. It relied on multi-player too much. 2 was honestly the peak of the Series for me.
I hope they add patapon 2 , 3
How Long is the game?
If you don't know what you're doing I would say 10-12 hours.
Pata Pata Pata TRUMP! Fight Fight Fight Fight!
I remember how hard is the Last boss and i spent 2 hours at the Last boss
Poor gong
