Hi there. You inspired me to buy this tank which arrived today - currently £22 from Amazon. Thank you. It's already filled with water and sitting on my desk, where I spend much of my day. The heater is installed too but I'm keen to make sure the water is right before buying a fish or two. I'm a complete novice so will be watching as many videos as possible. Thanks again.
Thank you, I'm glad I could inspire you into fish keeping, it truly is a lovely hobby, just so soothing specially when you are stressed. You have a choice of keeping many different breeds of fish, in this tank I'd advise you to keep live plants, it really helps all types of fish in the tank, I've kept Pea puffers which have amazing personality, you can keep a maximum of 4, also you may want to keep shrimp only? You can have as many shrimp as you like so long as you have moss plants, people also keep Beta fish by its self...please let me know what you decide and share your experience!
+Zak Mur Many thanks for your kind suggestions. I like the idea of fish with personality, including Beta. Right now I am concerned to make sure the water is right. Some people mention chemicals but I haven't a clue; I don't want to buy fish just to harm them out of ignorance. I will do some homework. Either way I will cetainly go for mostly live plants. Ultimately, I'm looking for colour and character with my tank. Yours looks healthy and attractive. Well done!
this is a fab video - my mum has just bought me one of these and a heater as she thinks it might reduce my stress levels - haven't set it up yet but hoping to do so tomorrow and maybe put a betta in there. Excited! total novice and watching as many videos as I can. yours is great :) Byron
Hi there, thanks for the review. Upon in boxing did you rinse the container first before introducing the fish? Also how easy to clean and how often? Thanks
Hi! I have this tank and I also have cherry shrimp in it. Has your RCS had fry in it and have t be babies survived? My first lot have been born and I'm worried they are stuck in the cylinder filter? Please let me know. Thanks
Hi Zak, lovely video thanks. How many shrimps do you think we can have in this tank and do you have to treat the water before putting the shrimps? Thanks
Hi there Charlie hope your well, I think a cat would find it difficult to put their paw into the tank, there is a gap but I don't think a cats paw would go right into the tank, the gap is only there enough to feed the fish. Hope this helps!
I got mine for £29 at my local pet store but you have to be careful when you buy fish tank heaters and filters most of them are made in China and they are not pat tested like us in the uk I got a super fish heater came with tank and filter I have only had my heater a year and inside is some paper saying the make and it went all burnt so I took it out just in case it set my house on fire so now I use eheim they are German made and the best on the market as well as fluval I have three tanks on the go one large one a super fish one and a marina 360 the super fish tank and filter are very good both are going to have cherry shrimp on them I just love them they can move very fast and jump shrimp don't like gravel much they like substrate the one you grow plants in my other small tanks have substrate in that you grow plants by the way where did you get your heater from I have a 25 w in the marina 360 but it's outside as it will not fit at the back where the filter media is
Great video! How long did your fish tank last? Did the heater keep the right temperature throughout. I’ve read some reviews of some heaters that the fish end up frying - trying to avoid that😂
Lucas Matheus Hi there Lucas, yes the C10 is designed to reach and maintain the pre-set temperature of 26º C, it is brilliant slim line and ideal for a marina 360. hope this helps.
Hi there, Regarding the heater, for cold water fish a heater is not necessary, however depending on where your marina 360 will be set up, having a heater isn't such a bad idea, also the heater switches on whenever the water temperature falls below 24 degrees Celsius. But again, for cold water fish it's not essential. And for tropical freshwater and even shrimps I'd recommend getting a heater.

Is it possible to use it without the white part?
Hi there, you can take the white part out however you won't have a source for filtration or lighting.
Did the heater come with it ?
Hi zak , how many fishes u can have in this tank maximum? And what kind of fishes
Man with A Camera the guide says 2 small ones.
