Hey, guys, welcome to Canouan Island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines! We think the beaches in Canouan are so much better than the Maldives, and it’s cheaper to visit Canouan than the Maldives. We left the mainland of St. Vincent and took a ferry for 2.5 hours to arrive at Canouan Island. The boat ride was lovely. We stayed at Canouan for about 4 days. What a wonderful time we had. We enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets, beaches, and restaurants. We loved this island because it’s small and intimate. The people were friendly. We know you would enjoy this quaint little Island. The beaches are to DIE FOR!! Canouan we love your beaches! We went to the beach every day!! Our stay was bright and spacious. We had lovely views of the sunrise and sunset during our stay.
When you visit Canouan Island, we recommend you stay at Ocean lover’s apartment.

► WHO WE ARE?
We are Gladys & Kenny, from Long Island, NY. We've always had a passion for traveling. We finally made our dreams a reality. In January 2018 we downsized and take the necessary steps to pursue our dream, to travel full time for as long as we can. We rented our house, moved into our attached studio apartment, and continued to travel on a part-time basis until it prepared us for full-time travel. On June 30, 2019, we left to travel the world full-time. The first stop was Bali, Indonesia. It wasn't a simple decision to leave our friends and family. However, you only live once and we didn't want to live with any regrets. We want to document our journey, so we recently did so with vlogs on UA-cam and Social Media.

The Opening felt like I am watching Survivor season 41 Canouan Island. If Jeff Probst appeared on screen I would not know any better. You are packing one of my most favorite Fruits in the beginning. Sugar Apple or Custard apple is the name . This is so well edited with fantastic shots. The bird shot with the drone was amazing. Lucky it didn't attack your drone. LOL. It takes some drone flying skills to capture a bird in flight. I am looking out my window and its 5 degrees and watching your video just gives me the smile . You guys really bring happiness to the cold north. Its truly is paradise with the sunset and sunrise. Congrats Gladys and Kenny on the 1000 milestone and belated Happy Birthday. The video qualities you guys have been putting out will hit 100K SUB in no time. I can see a lot of success in the future. Have a great awesome week in Paradise.

@Mars Starlink, We packed a lot because we were island hopping for 2 weeks and wanted to bring my favorite snack and things. Why not we had a vehicle lol? Our friends were not available to join us. If they were, we would've had many more bags LOL. Friends are always welcome to join us. Happy New Year.

I never knew Canouan was the island of turtles I was in heaven when I saw how many turtles and butterflies they were on the island. Yes that bird was ginormous LOL thank you for the best wishes. Hi Mike, as I am typing this message I am listening to Jazz & Blues | Autumn jazz / Positive jazz / Jazz café / Morning coffee jazz. So soothing and calming. So glad you enjoyed Canouan. Yes, we were the only ones on the beach and we absolutely love having places to ourselves however, there is little to none tourism because of these times. Amazing how people are so fascinated with our islands and we grew up there and were fascinated with American/European culture and desire to go there. We live in the Caribbean and don’t appreciate the things people in Europe and america long for. I think it’s the same thing once you start living in america though...then you want to go back home

I worked at the pink sand club when they just opened some year back as a chef I'm Dominican 🇩🇲 but my experience on the canouan island was the best my stay was over the hill down at the football field near the fishery's
