Does the Business Pro version let you use conditional function to specify which documents a user sees, not only the contents of the same document. So, for example, you are sending investment documents to the existing stockholders of a company. Some just need to sign a stockholder consent. Others may decide to invest and then need to sign the purchase agreement. Is there a way to conditionally send an agreement (or group of agreements)?
You cannot do that conditionally based on the recipient’s input in the form, but as the sender, you can use the feature “document visibility” to choose what documents each recipient can see in the envelope.
I only need maybe 20 envelops or less at this point. I just need two users at least. I just need to know if the price of 5 users is that cost or if the price is for each of those users. Does that make sense?
I had a very discourageable experience with their customer service. I appreciate this video in comparison of need for standard vs business pro. I need more info on this before we sign up tomorrow. I am disappointed to hear that the price is per user??? I am confused about that part of the cost- are 5 users the price listed OR is it that much for each user but limited to 5? So if there are two of us using it that means we pay for each of us each month? Or is that Price for 5 users total? And extra upon that amount is extra money?
@@Solusign i don't understand why anyone would use docusign over something with a more practical signature number. 100 "envelopes" per year is only 100 different clients for the whole year.

How many envelopes ✉️ available for the standard plans?
100/year/user
What Happens with unsigned envelops if i downgrade my standard plan to a free plan? I will receive the envelops signed i sent with standard licence?
Never tried
Great job explaining
So I can’t send unlimited documents not even in business pro
Correct
Can you please create a notary session on Docusign?
Would love to but I need a volunteer Notary for this!
But I've seen companies use this for far more than 100 signatures a month. How does that work? Are they just charged extra after the 100?
It's like finishing your fries at macdonalds. You buy more fries if you want more

Yup, makes sense. The price is per user.

It’s that price for EACH user
you are basically paying $5 for each document you send, which is stupidly expensive, I switched to Panda Doc as soon as I realized that.
Which plan do you get unlimited envelopes?
Hmm. Maybe a plan at $100K per year. I’m not even joking!

You can get more envelopes if you pay more
