Hi! If I remember well, that is a quest at parna coast. You go near to the teleporting shire and very close there is a girl near the fountain. I think there is a second or third tab called Quest. There you can find the quest items.

The buff still continues when you recall the animals you put on the farm. Then you can get buffs again by riding them
