From what I can see, even on your screen there is a "Delay" field, and if you click on that, you can edit the delay. It can be 0 hours or how many you want. Maybe you want to be more granular than this, I don't know, but you can add delays from actions. I didn't figure out yet how to include conditions in the flow, meaning what to do when someone doesn't open your email or doesn't click on a link.

Worth buying considering the price compared to other ESPs on the market. Plus, since it's owned by the Sumo family, I'm sure they'll improve the product in the coming months.
