I'm so glad I waited for you to do this Direbear raising in the cave. It sounded like a great idea, but it was a bummer. I took an implant from a cave Wolf and have it now on almost 1k Melee as well. It will take some damage from Yeti's but it's still very easy to run the cave. It's way easier to get a cave Wolf imprinted than do all this trouble with the bear. Thanks for all the effort!

I got some loot, but later on the artifacts didn’t give me ANYTHING like nothing, and I”m not sure if this is a glitch.
In single player when you leave a cave, any tamed creatures inside teleport out with you. It's there so if your creature is stuck somewhere you just need to exit the cave and it'll come with. Edit: Also, with the artifact of the clever it's there to get your Megalosuarus out.

Also you never said how to actually get your Griffin to respect you or if you need that to tame it.. I'll have to look into that. That is crazy about the cave despawning like that. I've noticed at the ants spawning around me and if I attack them before they actually spread out and move the whole pack disappears. Definitely many bugs but honestly I expect that on the phone. I'm on a android s7 edge which was literally a free govt phone and I dont lag at all and my friend spent a lot of money on his phone and it actually lags so bad constantly for him. So I'm having a lot of fun playing. Love the videos no matter how old they are. Still teaching me a lot so much thanks! Toast and iguanas are both awesome.

Did you forget that you could bola raptors for 30 secs.... Use an ascendant bow to knock it faster... The reload time is better than the long neck... 1 balm 25 prime or 4-5kibble easy peasy
If you plan to go to the swamp cave, don’t tame a raptor... sure it has a ton of melee and hp when you level it up, but I’d prefer a level 300 baryonyx instead, tip to taming raptors: have 10 bolas in your hotbar, Tranq arrows if it’s a high level, 4 parasails kibble with a soothing balm.
OMG, Try taming a wolf from the cave, that is lvl 300, then get one of the opposite gender (lvl 300) and Breed those babies, and you will have amazing wolves, I had some, they anniahlated a Giga (has like 6 from breeding) the creatures in there are always like the next game type up, so if you are on easy, it goes to lvl 150, medium it goes to like 300 ect... So you could have overpowered wolves, without god mode

Yep, you can hatch an egg in the cave like I did with the bear, but I'd suggest a super fertilized egg so it doesn't die of cold. An adult bary will not fit past that low point at the beginning of this cave.
