Hey everyone!
The name’s Dark and I’m playing some Ark Survival Evolved Mobile!
In this video, I'll show you how to fish, and why you should start fishing. The amount of loot you can get from a single fish is insane! And there's not just comp bow BPs, there's also saddle BPs, armor BPs, and other weapon BPs too! Wait 'til you see how many BPs I get - 4 comp bow BPs from a single fish!
Just imagine fishing during a multiplier event! ;)

Lol yea! Everything you see in this video is normal for what you can get. As for ascendant quality BPs, those are definitely easy to get while fishing during a fishing event (last one was during the anniversary of Ark Mobile, the weekend immediately after I posted this video). Even without ascendant, some of the BPs you can get are still very good, and much cheaper than ascendant.
To save amber, you can just kill all the small fish before attempting to catch the big fish

Fishing in Ark is so much fun ! Relaxing whn nothing is attacking you XD I’m always constantly looking over my shoulder but tbh it’s not hard to set up spikes around the lake so you don’t get attacked. Having crocodiles spawn inside the lake your fishing is a diff story 😂

Thanks! Amber is best, but non premium the order is from worst to best: Sap, leech blood, honey.

Thanks! I don't think I understand your question... In PVE your tames should be able to be attacked by any other player, turret, or xplant. I'm assuming that's not what you meant though?

Haha thanks I appreciate that :) and the tiers don’t directly mean quality - they just have an effect on the general roll and range. So ascendant will have a higher range of quality (and resources cost), but lower tier items can still roll higher than lower rolled ascendant item (and be extremely cheaper in resource cost). Hope this helps! :)

Do you know in particular what weapons you can get. Like can u get pumps and fab snipers. If so I might just have to start fishing
Idk the exact list you can get, but I think the wiki does! Try searching google and you should find a list. Also though, I've heard you can get fab snipers, but I haven't gotten one. Also comp bows of course. And you can get some pretty good saddles and armor too!
Dark Mobile Gaming I checked the ik I and it said you can get fab sniper bps but I am still yet to see anyone catch a bot for them. I play on mobile and I feel like the only way to get Fab bps is either through the dungeon or buying presents which either costs money or multiple days of grinding Amber through ads. Even then, that is still quite slow and the only other “efficient” way to get amber for gifts is crowbars one the metal rocks that can give amber and that bp still cost like $5. I guess what I’m trying to say is that it is extremely difficult to get fabricated sniper bps without money or grinding as a FTP for multiple days and the chances of catching 1 are like 1 in 300 or something
Ok how have I never noticed this, because I never fished, is this a recent change or a thing that has been in the game since they launched it?
It's been in the game since the beginning as far as I know, but unless you use amber and target the big fish, you aren't likely to get anything good. I think that's why most people never really thought about it or looked into it much haha.
Oooohh and I remembered, my ascendant fishing rod keeps breaking bc of how large that salmon (that I saw in redwoods)

I’m using a master craft rod and try the method you are using but I have no luck with reeling in the fish. I keep snapping off. Any tips?
Look through the comments below - there's a diagonal swiping trick to help catch all sized fish.

You can get a sword when you hunt terrorbird
Thanks! Umm maybe go for a pike then. The sword or pike doesnt have to be great, just decent. Some dungeons also don't really need melee. Some are fine with just ranged, and vice versa too.
You should try farming loot crates and with a bit of luck you might get a sword blueprint

Yes and the size of the fish - larger fish won't bite on worse bait. Honey is the best bait aside from amber. I always used amber whenever I fished though because it was only 1 amber per fish, and that generally wasn't much for me
I finally decided to fish since I already use pelagornis a lot. It doesn't let me fish from it on mobile

Ik this is random getting a comment on an old vid,but how do you get sap and leech blood,or do you have a video made about it
sap you get from attaching a tree sap tap to a red wood tree which is an enegram u unlock at level 36, leech blood u get from leeches, they spawn in the swamp which is pretty dangerous and they r small and really hard to find imo, btw if u do find them, kill it and Harvest it with a metal hatchet, and u will get leech blood. U get both sap and leech blood from free gifts once in a while also

When I going to fishing with unicorn poop fish can't catch my hook then I will use amber fish become super fast rocket to catch my hook🙂
Unicorn poop only works for catching the giant whale creature in the ocean for the eerie candy bp. Aside from that, amber is the best bait for sure :)

9:14 I still have that problem till this day. Hasn’t been fixed! The fish after a certain size gets harder to catch depending on how shallow the water is ;( They jus can’t swim up to bite it. It’s like they get stuck in shallower water (close to shore/beach)

Swipe your finger between two opposite corners, and pick up your finger between each swipe. So swipe to top right, pick up finger, swipe to bottom left, pick up, and vice versa over and over.

On the left side of your screen, imagine a box you would usually swipe your finger in. Instead of following the directions (swipe up, swipe left, etc), swipe you finger repeatedly from the top-left corner to the bottom-right corner, while lifting your finger up between each and every swipe, You'll swipe wrong sometimes, but it won't matter. Try it a few times and you should be able to get the hang of it fairly quickly. Hope this helps! :)
Honey does decay but there a kind glitch so the honey don’t decay (once it decaying gust put the honey on the fishing rod and remove it and then it’s full and rest like it new honey.😲

Sharks will not bite, only regular fish, piranhas, and sabertooth salmon, and the large whale creature in the ocean will bite with unicorn poop bait (you get eerie candy BP this way). For shotgun BP, I don't know for sure. I didn't get one this time around and I can't remember for sure if I have before. I would guess yes though, but again not sure. You could check the wiki! :)

It's the trick I explained in the video - swipe your finger from one corner to the opposite corner, and pick up your finger between each swipe. Practice it and see if it works for you :)

U need to crush the ancient amber at mortar and pestle then , drag the color that u want to the crushed ancient amber, then put the colored amber to ur dinos inventory then remote use it
