1) For accommodation, you can refer to booking.com or Airbnb. I have put a detailed hotel review of where we stayed in Istanbul, you can refer to that. It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay there. 2) we got our SIM card from Turk Cell, I have shown it in the video where I roam around istiklal street. You can check the price and packages from there 3) not sure, because we only stayed in Istanbul

But you can find good options in Sultanahmet as well. So it’s totally your preference. We liked our hotel in Beyoğlu. We paid that much per person when we applied through Anatolia. You can call and check with them in business hours today
