thanks for the review. was comparing this to the Moosoo. This is definitely an option for the future when i get some money to replace my current one, a cheapo Hamilton Beach one.

5 months of everyday use and the power on button has stopped working after of couple of days of signs that it was beginning to fail. It was truly perfect for my needs. Also, I could never get the registration to go through which should have been 24 months with 1 additional year if you sent them your Amazon review! BUT, the e-mail addy didn't exist and when that happened I should have returned it!

If I want to toss a tea bag in the kettle that requires 212 degrees F for 15 minutes, does the temperature hold allow me to keep boiling it for the time period? Thank you

Is it still working well for you? How often do you use it?

What is the water capacity? It seems very small.

I've had this kettle for over a year. I love how it looks but... the way its constructed it pollutes water over time. The bottom of the kettle has access to the heating machinery and pollutes the water that you are going to use to make your coffee or tea! I use only purified water so I was pretty freaked out when I realized this odd fishy smell coming from my water only kettle. I carefully washed it but realized the construction allowed the water to be exposed to the internal workings encased in the bottom of the kettle. Pretty sad and disgusted. It still operates but I'm THROWING IT OUT because I think it is UNSAFE.
