I get what you're saying and I was about to agree, but I think maybe he's comparing it to when people say "I don't believe in marriage" or "I believe in myself," because those statements lead to existences. I think he's just pointing out that more precise language would be, "I don't believe in the existence of God." It's implicit, but imprecise, like when people say "I could care less" even though that technically means that they DO care and they should really be saying "I couldn't care less."

If GOD is everywhere, why wouldn't he be in a 'brothel?' Unless God's making decisions as to where to appear and not telling us to say otherwise? ;-)

Okay...he's not saying Y=God. He's simply saying that questions are universal - "'Why' is God." You're putting too much thought into it.

"Why is God?" is the question but "Why is God!" is the answer. He's saying that asking questions is the answer to everything.
