LBP Challenge: How Fast Can You Die In Each Level?

The goal for this challenge is to see how quickly you can die in each level of the game. Hopefully it will be interesting.
Rules
- Holding to retry or despawning does not count
- Everything else is allowed (NG+ Strats, Multiple Players, etc.)
- For each level, timing is started when Sackboy first spawns

A lot of them are copyable from community levels, or backups can be found in the speedrunning resources.
