  • Since I added my footage of the 'Gota Fria' storm that has devastated South Eastern Spain, I have had messages on UA-cam, Instagram and Twitter asking for updates, so here you go.
The storm affected multiple areas in the region of Valencia, all the way down through Alicante and Murcia, and has now affected other areas of Spain, both mainland and islands, but this footage was taken by me so was all filmed in my town, Almoradi, warmly nick named 'Corazon de la Vega Baja'.
Corazon means heart, and I can very much see why.

Hopefully it's going to rain today to give it all a bit of a cleanse.
We've still got the water running into our place in Heredades because the water table is so high. I think it's going to be some time before normality resumes everywhere. I cycled up to the industrial estate near where it burst yesterday and it's still a bit of a mess up there.

You're decent on camera, but you need more wide shots of what's going on in the background.

While I agree with you, I couldn't exactly carry a load of camera equipment with me to do so.
