The GH5 will absolutely trash the G7X in low light. It is only bad in low light in comparison to larger sensor cameras like FF and APSC. And if you use it with wide aperture lenses like the 9mm f1.7 lens for vlogging and the 25mm f1.7 for b roll, it will be very usable
