Poor little dear. We know the students were trying to help and do the right thing but I'm sure glad the landlord found out.
Totally a "mixed" bag. but totally agree.
Same ❤
Yes, they did what they thought was right. KRM or KMR (?) is presented to be the answer to any little animals mother replacement.
Totally agree!! Thank goodness she's in good hands now. 💕
@@kayscarpetta5502yes, but they are college students who definitely had Internet access, but didn't bother to research neonatal squirrel care, so they clearly weren't trying very hard, or they were so intelligent that they probably won't graduate any time soon. It takes 5 minutes to do a Google search.
They were lazy, or incompetent or got bad advice that they didn't bother checking references or fact checking.
They dropped the ball real bad. Nobody can tell me an American college student couldn't access the Internet. They screwed up, and their competence did not match their good intentions.
Don't simp for them when they failed so badly. That squirrel would have been in agony or died if they managed to keep it living in their dorm.
At least they had the heart to care, but her guardian angel stepped in and saved her!
Thank you for giving her the best life!💕👍
Thankyou ❤️
She's so cute, thank you for saving and helping her back to health. God Bless You!
Heart? They are adults, who hurt a living being. From ignorance, These were not children, and have had the internet in their hands since birth.
Georgia! Poor girl. Thank you for getting her diagnosis and for ensuring she receives the proper calcium diet. Your compassion and love is greatly appreciated.
Perfectly said!! So thankful she's in good hands now! 💕
The goodhearted squirrel lady does it again. Bravo!
Aww, thank you 🐿
@@amfoore4 please put up more videos of you rehabbing more squirrels. You are the squirrels guardian angel. Make the squirrels and your father proud of you rehabbing more squirrels because they need you.
I can see why you love Georgia so much. Despite the problems with her bones she is beautiful and she seems to be enjoying life with you. Thank you for taking her and knowing what to do for her.
The day the landlord found out that the kids had that squirrel was Georgia's luckiest day! They had to find someone to take her, quickly, and you showed up! What a stroke of luck for little Georgia! Over time, she wouldn't have survived eating the wrong food. You have not only made the difference, saving her and helping her get stronger, but you've developed an incredible bond. It's a win-win for you both! Kudos for doing all the right things!
What a precious baby. She found her way to the right place. It makes such a difference when people know how to care for an animal, especially an animal with challenges.
Awww Georgia is such a beautiful little girl.
I can't fault the college students for helping her. I'm sure they did their best. But if you're going to rescue an animal please try to find a rescue or do your research to give them the best care.
Yep. Im sure if she had died, which she would have, theyd be sad. Some people dont know there ARE certified rehabbers...
@@TheGypsyVanners true. But I'm sure they could have found the information on the internet fairly easily.
@@UnicornTears12 yeah, you'd think that "college kids" would have done the research.
@@p_e_t_e I hope I say this the right way. From my observation, it's only in the last 50 years (more or less) that the general public might realize different animals have nutritional needs unique to species. On my grandparents farm, the dog ate supper leftovers, the cat got tuna and milk, the cow ate grass and hay, the pig ate corn or whatever vegetables were cheapest, and the squirrels, birds and mice ate whatever they could steal. Nowadays we know all those diets are lacking, but many people still think animals, particularly wild animals, can survive on just about anything.
I'm thankful this small squirrel is now living large 😊
I agree. The college students hearts were in the right place. I hope they realize that. If not for them, that little squirrel would not be here today.
Good squirrel, good human.
Oh, she knows you love her that's why she's so happy😊
Thank God the landlord found out about Georgia and she ended up in a good home getting the right care. The students really tried so God bless them for having good hearts.
At the end of the day you can only do your best.
Well, how hard is it to look things up on Google these days?
Don't you worry she does know how much you care for her - she's one lucky girl.
I know the college kids were trying, where so many of these stories r from neglect or abuse. I’m really happy that she was able to be rehabilitated as much as possible and gets to live with lots of love and care!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
She's beautiful ❤️😊
Poor sweety, it's a shame those college students didn't research what she should of been fed. But thank God you rescued her.
Kind rescuer sweet squirrel.
I love this, what a beautiful story, I have a few squirrels in my garden, I’ve got a house for them, and a little bench and table, they love their squirrel mix, it gives me so much pleasure seeing them happy and healthy.
Thank you for being that special someone and to give Georgia what she needed and when she needed it most. You are a gift from God to this sweet special girl. God bless you & Georgia! 😊🥰
Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for you kindness, love and attention for this lovely creature. If only there were more people in the world like you. God bless you and thank you again.
Good that Georgia got the treatment she needed. Over 60 years ago my Grandmother in Brooklyn befriended a squirrel. He (or she) would run down the telephone line jump into a tree and then down the fence to Grandmother's kitchen window where he get the peanut she left for him. My goal is to befriend an individual crow. I understand they like unshelled peanuts.
Her tail is so pretty
She knows you love her ❤
How could you not fall in love with her. She's so adorable. Thank you for taking such great care of her and giving her the life she deserves.
How could that yummy lil squirrel NOT know how her human Mama loves her??!! God bless 'em both...
The squirrel knows because all animals are telepathic and empathetic and I know because I am a intuitive empath and I can feel the love this squirrel has for this woman who clearly has saved her life and has given her a way better life than what she used to have.
Thanks for loving Georgia. She's so sweet and yeah, feisty. :)
Wow, what a beautiful, gorgeous squirrel!😍🐿️😍
Thank you for your work taking care of her
U R A AWESOME PERSON! THANK U!😊
poor sweet Georgia. I know that these wonderful college students were
trying to help you the best that they could. I am glad that you are now
okay. thank god this kind lady took you in and is giving you the best
life possible.
In her own squirrel way, I believe that Georgia knows how much her human friend cares. ❤
I'm a great lover of Squirrels. They can bring so much joy into life.
She knows how much you love ❤ her and she loves you too, sometimes people try to help animals but you should always ask a vet or wildlife center if you really want to help them then get them to a proper rescue centre 😊
Precious girl 🩷
GOD BLESS 🙏🏻 these people for adopting these beautiful animals!!
She definitely knows how much you Love her judging by her facial expressions!! ☀️💖🙏
What a sweet girl 🐿❤
I'm sure they didn't know. I didn't even know they made squirrel formula so while I'm glad Georgia is with you now I'm also glad they took her in and tried.
Georgia is absolutely adorable! I love squirrels, I wish I could achieve their attention.
She's half the size with double the fun! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
She DOES know how much she is loved!! 🥰
Thank heavens for good people like this and the excellent little creatures they care for!
Oh, so precious 💞
OMG look at her adorable little beans! 🙂
She's adorable. Thank you for saving her and being so kind to her. Squirrel mom!😊

The Saints that walk among us (to the caregiver). Georgia's definitely worth it! ❤
Thanks for giving this squirrel the best care!
And thanks to the students who rescued her!
OMG...Georgia is a little darling...lol 😂 How could you NOT love her? ❤😊
She really loves you. Thanks for caring.
This is so educational. People so often make assumptions about how to raise an orphaned baby and, with the best of intentions do the wrong thing. Thank you for spreading the word.
What a sweet little girl. I want her!
It's obvious she loves you so much!
Precious baby. Those little feet melt my heart! 🩶🤍🐾
She’s so sweet🌸💖. Thank You💐♥️
Georgia knows the world begins with love thanks to you. You have given the love that only a champion can give. Thank you
That sounds like a Delaware county Philadelphia accent..great job, both so cute together
She maybe different, but she is precious!!!
I have love . compassion and respect for these precious creatures. I miss seeing them. They deserve to be loved and care.
Blessing in disguise when that landlord put his foot down.
Squirrels are amazing little animals! They are very intelligent, affectionate and PLAYFUL!
I grew up with a pet squirrel named Frisky. She was my best little buddy growing up. She had a large cage for when i was at school but she had the run of my bedroom while i was home. I strung ropes from the curtain rod to the closet door to a hook in the ceiling on the far side so she had her own trapeze to run and swing on and hang from.
Sometimes if i wasnt giving her enough attention as i layed on the bed reading, she would hang from her back legs over my head and reeeaaach waaay down to grab handfuls of my hair to pull. Over and over! She often slept curled into a ball in the corner of my pillow case. And when she wouldnt allow me to sleep in on Saturday mornings she would jump from the ropes onto the pillow i covered my head with to block out the bright sun and protect me from her. Over and over.....BOOOOMFFF!........BOOOFFF!......BOOOOOFFFF! on top of my head every 30 seconds or so with a round or two of cartwheels and donuts on my chest until i got up.
Squirrels awake with the sunrise and an hour of intense play is ALWAYS first on their to do list followed by a big breakfast and then back to the ropes.
She would get very excited as she heard me arriving home from school and would begin her floor routine in her cage as i came through the door.
And she would literally rush to my shoulder, put her paws on my face and lick and kiss me as if we hadnt seen each other in months. If her arms were long enough she would hug my head. Instead she wrapped up in my hand and you would never doubt that squirrels feel emotion every bit as much as we do if you saw the smile on her face and eyes as she did.
She was nothing but a bundle of furry love and fun.
I took her to school on show and tell days and she was a big hit with all the kids. She liked having so many heads to use as landing pads in a series of high speed passes about the classroom.
She could uuuhhh, clear the teachers cup of about 20 pencils and pens in about 5 seconds flat as if picking so many flowers only to find that NOPE, there really wasnt any treats in there.
She was a huge part of my childhood and is probably the reason i am such an animal lover to this day.
Frisky lived almost 14 years and died peacefully in my arms after a series of minor seizures when i was 19. I still miss her 30 years later.
Ive raised and rehabbed many squirrels and a myriad of other animals over the years. Everything from butterflies and bumblebees to lizards, turtles, hawks and other birds to chipmunks and ive even kept a couple squirrels as temporary pets for a couple years here and there as they recovered from whatever ordeal brought them to me. Theyre all great little animals but Frisky will always be my best buddy. I look forward to playing with her again someday.
What a beautiful story ❤️
What a lucky little squirrel to have such a caring owner.. God bless u for ur kindness.
Georgia is adorable and you are a hero for her rehabilitation. The dedication and love you have for this little squirrel is heartwarming and amazing! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
The sweetest thing, she looks happy and knows she's loved... :-)
People like this wonderful lady, who take on this monumental challenge.God will bless her and others like her.
Sending peace and love to all animals everywhere and to all the people that protect them.
Bless you for caring for this precious baby! When I was a kid, we raised two squirrels that had been kicked out of their nest - a common thing when there are two males in the nest. Once they were old enough, they went back to the wild.
Thank you for your kindness and compassion ❤❤❤
Poor Georgia, becoming disabled from improper food. Is there squirrel milk available? How do you milk a squirrel? So happy she has a forever home with a loving knowledgeable and beautiful lady like you!🥰🥰🥰🥰
You are an angel 😇 God bless you for loving her 🙏 ❤️ 💖
I fell in love with her too! And, yes, I firmly believe she loves you right back!!!!!
Almost every person Ive heard of that had a squirrel as said they didnt realize ho much they could love something, especially a squirrel. I feel like we all get such strong loving bonds with them, probably because we have had them since before they could even see or open their eyes, and we woke up every few hours to feed them, and we provided warmth, sedurity, affection, play, etc for them and they in turn provide so much joy and innocence. I know if you have had the pleasure of having a squirrel, then you know what Im talking about. I love and miss my little boy, Stewie, more than I can even explain. He gave me so much joy and I looked forward to seeing him each morning, and putting him to bed each night. They are a lot of work, and it takes patience and dedication, but its so worth it!!! I used to take egg shells and grind them up and sprinkle the powder on his food, but I also fed him squirrel food, and when he was nursing he drank Ebsilac formula, or in his very first weeks of life he ate goats milk with yogurt, honey, and heavy cream, and a few times I added a tiny bit of powdered rodent block pieces, just for nutrients, but that was only maybe 3 times.
Thank you for describing your experience in detail. I used to see squirrels in the area where I was staying last year when I was in a crisis. They lifted my spirits and energized me so much. One day while walking I saw a squirrel stuck in a fence, I got it out, but it couldn't walk and was injured, so I called for help, and while waiting I held it and petted it and talked to it, and it died it my arms. I don't want to sound crazy but it was a spiritual experience for me, and the squirrel has become my spiritual animal. The Universe works in mysterious ways. 🐿️💜✨
you saved her life 😍 you have such a beautiful heart
I’m sure she knows that you care!
You’re her “happy place”🌺
I love squirrels so much. They gotta be such a fun pet. Thank you for taking care of this handicapped one. She's so precious. And she hunts like an armadillo!😄
She's the luckiest girl squirrel with that loving mom.
Such an adorable squirrel. Thanks for sharing. 😊❤
Kind lady, sweet lady, gentle lady, you've made me cry. Where would we be if people such as you didn't exist. May you, your parents, your siblings, husband and children all benefit from your kindness. May God bless you.
Thank you, she’s so sweet!❤️👏
They tried their darndest we're sure . Glad the little one's guardian angel helped her get to her furrever home 💞
She is blessed to have you. And you care enough to learn & use the knowledge to take care of her.
That little squirrel loves you so much❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Geobeats, you soothe my soul with your beautiful videos. Thank you❣️
Thank you for saving her. She is so precious. You are a wonderful angelic person who came into her life when she needed you to save her. At least the college kids were trying but it's a blessing that their landlord found out.
What a sweetheart!
Thank you ❤🐿
You said you hope she knows you love her. I looked at the last picture of her leaning against your hand and letting the side of her face "melt" into you, and I can see that she loves you and she knows that you love her, too.
You've described the love perfectly. 🧑💞🐿️
So glad you saved her. It really is too bad that people who don't know anything about squirrels try to keep them as pets and cause such damage to them.
I had no idea squirrels loved toys!❤❤❤
Such a sweet little girl!❤ so cute! I’m glad you’re taking such good care of her!❤
Georgia is so tiny but mighty big heart❤❤❤
One of the first animals I rescued when I started helping cats wasn't a cat it was a squirrel pup...thank God for wildlife rehabbers who helped us to help him get to them.
Look how she folds into your hand she’s loving those rubs how sweet 🥰 thank you for taking care of her
Kudos to this woman putting in her efforts to getting her back to her gorgeous self.
Georgia knows your good love! TYSM for Rehabbing her 💓
