I just thought of something. I know you already kinda did two of these for the Doctor and Derpy but doing something like this, especially if it's the final step Imagine, if it was Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle. I mean following this storyline it could make sense. One side supporting the ship and the other obviously not. I mean for a good long before and after Equestria Girls came out (even some of it remains today) the fandom was rather divided on it.

Mikasa Ackerman Or! OR! If you notice in the show there are no families where the wife is a different pony species than the husband. And since Dr. Hooves is an Earth Pony and Derpy is a Pegasus, maybe it's a taboo that they're different pony species in love!

And also, I'm fairly sure this is a joke directed to the pony fandom, seeing as all the couples that are looking at derpy och the doctor are gay.
The joke being that all the pony ships in the fandom usually are of the same gender.
No, it must be because Derpy is a normal pony and Doctor Whooves is, a kind of time lord pony, considering Doctor Who and the fact that the group of male ponies are pony-fied regenerations of the doctor.

A minor comment regarding your choice of background ponies for this animation.
As I interpreted the original "There She Is", the cats and bunnies seemed metaphorical for an early interracial romance, which in the early days was frowned upon. Thus, why it was groups of all cats and all bunnies disapproving. I don't know if you want to keep to that theme, but if you did, it might be good to use groups of all Earth Ponies and all Pegasi.
From a purely fanish perspective, however, this is super cute and I want to see more.
I think they trying to go with regular ponys vs timelord ponies. It kinda makes sense, since the timelord ponies use to be humans....
I'd say it's Canterlot vs. Ponyville.
So it's going to be upper class vs middle/lower class? That could work.

I've always interpreted There She is as a "what if gay was straight and straight was gay" Like if it were backwards and gay was the norm and straight was frowned upon, but I guess that works too.

it's a reference to a Flash video called "There She Is" by SamBakza. it started out as a one-shot about forbidden love, but later evolved into a 5-video series about the trials and tribulations about the star-crossed lovers. and the entire story is told almost entirely through the imagery with almost no words.

Thank you for making this and making me want to watch the whole actual series. It was a very deep, and emotional experience, and I would recommend it to anybody else who sees this comment.

There she is isn't anime at all. It was made by Koreans and they'd probably get pissed off that you said that because most Koreans and Japanese people hate each other because the Japanese enslaved all of Korea at one point in history.

Her name, Derpy Hooves, still isn't Derpy Whooves, Dante. People just ship them because it'd be cute, and Derpy would be a better pony to be the Doctor's partner than say, Applejack.
