His legs are impressive, both in strength and footwork... if he works on his explosiveness (which is very doable and common) he will be un-guardable... exceptional court-vision and rhythm for a big-man his age... He is what people thought Blake Griffin, Jabari Parker and Michael Beasley would become, yet he is already better than those guys ever were... Orlando got it right... He and Shaedon Sharpe will be super-stars...
i’d love to see how paolo attacks similar situations AFTER the threat of drawing conract is established - something that you could watch as other young players start to embrace physicality and draw fouls

Paolo needs to score more efficiently, 42% fg and 20% from 3 is a contributing factor to them losing as well. He definitely has the foundation and build to become better.
He's been consistent against 4 different teams with different talent ranges. He's had the advantage and disadvantage at times and still manages to score. Imagine after he gets his first full season in and another off-season to work on some things. Scary.
I watched the magic In person when they played the hornets and he runs the whole offense very well. Overall he is a great player and hopefully he can achieve great things in his career.

I'll be honest I really wasn't that impressed with this rookie class going in to the year I didn't think it was going to be anything special but it's looked really good so far. I think it was just that we've been spoiled the last few years between the Luka and Trae class, Zion and Ja class, Ant Man and LaMelo class and this past one with Scottie, Mobley, Cade and Green that this one just didn't have a standout name and the number one pick flip flopped all the way until the last minute. With that all in the past and actually seeing these guys on the court it's clear that this is a better class than expected. Paolo and Mathurin (Pacers you got a STEAL with that one) look amazing scoring like 20 a night as a rookie and they're doing it in ways that aren't forced. It's not like some rookies who've averaged 20 where they shoot 20 FGA to get their 20 they're doing it clean, efficient and in rhythm. Still early but can't wait to see what these guys do.

But the most similar is old Lebron, he is 1 inch taller, around the same weight, is very mobile with great body control, has a great feel for the game, great passing and composure, know how to use his body to protect the ball, to attack the rim and finish trough contact, he has nice handles for his height and he look like he could become a decent shooter. I still think Lebron is more athletic even at his age wich is crazy, and of course Lebron is better at everything but in term of style he is very similar.
